This place very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable!
The shape that I ordered is almond but when she shaped I just asked lil bit more stiletto like point. She keep make short n made stiletto… I guess miss understanding I’m asking nicely but she whole time attitude
And guy did my nail after her, he was also attitudes too.
And tell me I’m wrong.
The 2 ppl tell me if u don’t like get out of store…
I was calm but I felt so disrespected, so I left there…
that’s not right…this nail salon experience was horrible!

Love getting pedicures here. Everyone I've gotten has been great until today. The gal didn't cut my cuticles and the gal next to her was doing a fabulous pedicure really cutting and getting the cuticles trimmed. I asked why isn't my nail tech doing this? It took a moment but the owner/manager Tom stepped in cut my cuticles and also did my massage. I lucked out on the massage because his pressure was really nice. Unlike some of the gals who don't really massage they just got through the motions. All in all Tom saved the day. He handed it back to the gal who started to finish me off on the polishing. All in all was VERY satisfied at the end. Grateful he noticed she wasn't doing what the other lady was. Love the color, love my toes. Looking superb

Good experience but long wait. When we called they said the wait was five minutes but we waited 35

First time coming here. They did an amazing job, and the ladies took their time giving me a manicure and pedicure. The massage was great too. Highly recommend it and will be coming again.

This is the worst place to get your nails done. Idk what kind products they use but my nails broke literally the next day. I've lost 4 nails in a matter of 3 days. Now I have to go to another place to get them redone. What a waist of money.

This place was nice and comfy. I loved my pedicure BUT my acrylic nails I did not love at all. I had more expectations of this place when it came to acrylic nails. The lady who did my nails left dry acrylic on my skin. It kind of hurt having to remove it once I left the spa. I paid in total of $124 for my hand and feet but I don’t think it was worth the money. Anyways if you’re going to come here I recommend to just get a pedi and very simple mani.

When I walked in for my nail fill appointment I was not greeted and the nail tech gal, Chloe, was very short and abrupt. She nipped me a couple times without apologizing! I went to wash my hands and they were out of paper towels so I stood there for her to get someone to refill it and it was like a good 10 min wait.she didn't even bother to give me a clothe one while it got refilled so I wouldn't wait! They kept talking in there language and laughing while looking at me, which I think is very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable! Overall experience was horrible!

Wanted a place that i could pamper myself during my second trimester. Such a wonderful place. Very kind and respectful people that work there. I will come back again.

I came here for Halloween nails and I showed the lady- I believe she's one of the owners- a picture of the nails I wanted. I said I wanted them exact and she said she could do that. After cutting one of my nails she asked if I wanted them shorter, I said no just like the picture. She nodded and proceeded. I felt from the length they may be a bit shorter than the picture but they still looked pretty long so I didn't know. After they were shaped I noticed they were quite short, but I'm not a nail artist and I trusted they could still come out good. When she put the design on I saw that was not the case and asked her if she could make the design more like the picture. She told me since I wanted my nails short (which I never once said I wanted) that the design isn't going to work. I reminded her that she told me she could make the nails look exact but she kept saying I wanted them short. I was very uncomfortable at this point because she was raising her voice and the whole salon was looking at us. I asked if I could just pay extra and we can take them off and do the length I wanted. She began yelling about how she didn't have time and even called me "crazy" and "picky". I told her I didn't want anymore service as I was on the brink of tears (I have pretty bad social anxiety) and she said I still have to pay for these and stormed off. I had to wait for my mom to be done and i just felt so uncomfortable and had to listen to her talk poorly about me to her next client.
