Serenity Zen Massage SPA, West Covina CA

Very professional they are very organized from the front desk to the rest of the staff. I visited other places around the same area but was disappointed because they don’t do a real job. Serenity Zen SPA is the best place to go.

Got a few 90 minute massages here last year when I lived in the area. I still think about this place and how much I love it! The massages were amazing and it was very cheap. The staff were all very friendly as well. Will definitely come back here for a massage if I ever am in there area again

Worst experience ever for massage. It is super cheap there but you get what you pay for. They rubbed my skin the whole hour. I asked for a muscle massage not just rubbing oil into the skin. Then, they demanded a full tip when my experience was over. The front desk lady and masseuse wouldn’t let me leave without the full tip she was entitled to from the massage. I gave her 5 and left. Nobody is entitled to a full tip if it was a terrible service.

Such a friendly and lovely place. Very neat and clean and I really loved the attention to detail in the decorations. Very affordable for the quality you receive! I made my appointment same day the woman over the phone was very helpful and sweet. So kind at check in, my therapist was amazing! She really focused on all of my focus areas at the perfect pressure. Kept amazing communication throughout. I didn’t want it to end! Checking out was quick and easy. Front desk girls and manager were all so friendly. I love this place. I wish I remembered names but to be honest every person I came in contact with were very professional. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Enjoyed every minute! Relaxing environment, pricing is reasonable and they have excellent customer service I will be booking again soon and try some of the other offered deals.

I have come here 3 times and so far have had excellent quality massages. The therapists have always been accommodating to my preferences and are very friendly. I always leave feeling amazing! My only issue is with the combination of foot and body massage done in the same area with other people near you. This is based on my most recent couple's massage where we got the foot and body combo:
1) I hear too much talking when people are arriving, although this is mainly customers not being respectful but even the whispers of people so close in the same area are distracting.
2) I was walked in on while changing out of my clothes by a therapist since they assumed I was done and didn't ask if I was ready.
3) The curtain for privacy isn't as private as a door and I don't like changing if there's an area in the curtains that aren't closed together properly.
I will likely stick to the body massages ONLY as that will guarantee a private room without the cons I mentioned

This place amazing! I took one of my friends here and he was beyond satisfied with the service! They are extremely accommodating! The service is amazing. I came with so much tension and knots in my back/shoulder and left without any. I was so sore for a few days but that’s when you know it was great! I had one of the worse headaches too and I can just say it was gone for a few weeks too! The masseuse asks if I’m okay and if he needed to adjust the pressure but it was amazing

Serenity Zen is the best value in East San Gabriel Valley for professional massages. There is ample parking in the shopping center parking lot. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed and can feel relaxed by the soothing music, water feature and soft lighting. The therapists are all licensed and are skilled at proper draping techniques. The sheets are nice quality, and the facility is kept extremely clean.

During my most recent massage, I had a knot in my neck that the therapist worked on gently, so I left able to turn my head and more relaxed. I recommend Serenity Zen for anyone who enjoys massage and foot reflexology. It’s easy to make an appointment online and they take cards. They are one of the best small businesses we have in West Covina/Covina area.

They pay good attention to their customers and make them feel comfortable. I remember going during my pregnancy and how they made accommodations for me so I could enjoy myself.

This place is clean and quiet and the massage was amazing! I’ve been here twice and was impressed both times. Kevin was my masseuse and he really got into all the knots I have in my shoulders. I appreciated that we really worked that area instead of just moving on to the next. Even though the spa is quite a drive for me, it is well with it to get the service I received both times I came.

I have gone here every month since august and they satisfy me every time. Highly recommend. The price is expensive but the quality of their service matches the prices.

I LOVE this place and have been coming for about 7 years. I have had about 8 or so massages in total at this location and liked it enough I brought my mother back to treat her to a massage. I usually get a foot/body massage because I feel like I am able to get most of my tension spots addressed.

The facility is clean and they do their best to keep it quiet and create a relaxing experience. I've had different therapist each time and they all were great in my opinion. If you want more/less pressure you just ask and they will adjust to your needs. I have tried the essential oils and hot stone add-on which was nice. They send you birthday deals and free upgrades every once in a while. I haven't joined as member but they do offer a membership with discounts. Over all I recommend this location for a foot and body massage.

There are not many really great places to get a massage, but Serenity Zen is definitely one of them. One of the best too! They’re professional and skilled. Every time I come here I feel just so much better. Take it from me, come here, you won’t be disappointed.

Been going here with my boyfriend at least once a month. We usually get the couples massage (benefit of doing the massage in a private room with just us.) Boyfriend enjoys that they touch the skin and not only through the sheet. I appreciate that it's a small location, meaning that I won't be bothered by many sounds/noises from others.

Always a relaxing massage. My wife and I have been coming to Serenity Zen for a few years now after trying out many places.
