Such an amazing place with amazing staff! Stephanie helped me a lot during my move in process and made everything super easy. I absolutely appreciate her help! If you need anyone to make your move in process easy, I recommend Stephanie!

She's very kind, helpful, and patient. Making a move is probably one of the most stressful things anyone has to do, but getting settled into the place was definitely a breeze with Stephanie's help.

As for the property.it's pretty great. I do hope gym hours are reconsidered. We work the times the gym is open. I think the perk of having a gym at "home" is being able to use it any time.

Also, there's a trail on the property map that's not accessible. That was the biggest shame. As much as we need our little furries for our happines, they need their walks for theirs. I'm assuming it's going to get finished off soon. I'm a patient guy.: D

Other than that, the place is peaceful. Makes sense why it's called Sereno. The units have everything you need, the pool is nice, and the location is central af! Like everything is just a block or two away.

I hope I get to stay here until the next chapter of life!

Here at Sereno apartments they helped us tremendously with our application and lease. Ms Stephanie helped us and her help relieved us. We needed to move in quick and she got us in within a day. The area and apartments are great. Great scenery and places to eat and look at, go to and visit. I really recommend this place. 100%

I recently moved into a unit and I have to say it is very well kept. The move in process was easy and simple. Stephanie is an amazing leasing agent and she made the move from across the country stress free. She always answered our calls and followed up on emails which was greatly appreciated. The community is nice and neatly kept. There’s community involvement events/ competitions like best Halloween costume, best seasonal decorations, and food trucks that come often.

Stephanie was such a great help! Amazon driver delivered my package to the wrong apartment and she helped me search each apartment building till we found them. Absolute lifesaver!

I had the opportunity to tour with Stephanie, me and my wife were treated exceptionally and were assisted with any and all concerns we had during our tour. It was comforting just because we have had horrible experiences touring other apartment complexes, where you feel as if you are being rushed and or a bother to staff. We unfortunately did not end up renting at Sereno due to being relocated by our employers but would have most definitely loved to have called Sereno home.

I absolutely love living in this apartment property! Stephanie and Val are exceptional, always ready to assist and incredibly friendly. Their dedication truly makes a difference. The property itself is impeccably neat, creating a peaceful atmosphere that I appreciate every day. Highly recommend!

I have to say that if I would have written this review a few months ago, it would not have made it to 5 stars because of the constant harassment I was receiving from my downstairs neighbors since the very first day we moved in. However, ever since we got a new a manager, she was able to step in and help to resolve the issues we were having in a very professional manner.

Valerie goes above and beyond for the residents and she is always attentive and quick to respond when we have a question or seeking assistance. She has also been open to feedback on how to make the community better.

The property itself is well kept and clean. It’s a quiet community and centralized to everything we need. I do wish we had a better gym and more doggy bag/waste stations throughout the complex. The parking system needs a lot of improvement. I have had my car towed for not displaying an old school parking pass on my dashboard. A decal that can be stuck to the windshield would be much better or a system that other apartments use to register your vehicle rather than displaying a parking pass would be ideal. There is also no visitor parking nearby but you can register for a visitor day pass with the office if needed.

Other than that, I can definitely say that I feel very comfortable and safe living here with my family. I would recommend this community to any of my family and friends.

Val was super pleasant and informative. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable with the process of moving in. One of the best property managers that I have ever experienced.
