I thought this place is very well structured, very polite employees, very safe and clean environment

I am so pleased with this facility and the care that my 97 year old mom Helen Luna is getting here.the staff from the cleaning crew all the way up is absolutely fantastic I know with their care my mom will be home in no time

I enjoyed my tour of Serento Casa on 11/3/21. The staff were very friendly and the residents appeared to be enjoying their meal and this facility was very clean and the view of the mountains was incredible.

Came to visit. Facility clean inside and out. Stayed for lunch. Beautiful plate of food that was delicious. Everyone very side and had big smiles.

The staff at Serento Casa has always treated my 94 year old dad with affection, respect and great care. They are a joy to know. I am so glad they are there 24/7 for my father.

I have recently come in to contact with some of the staff at Serento Casa and let me just say that they are so caring, kind and just a blessing to work with. All of my respect to these essential workers, you don’t get thanked enough!

This place I wouldn’t even give 1 star. The Directors especially for the Assisted Living Dept is very unprofessional. He needs to be fired. He doesn’t have a good relationship with the staff and doesn’t have any passionate towards the residents. To be honest this place is such in bad condition and very unsanitary place. I wouldn’t want my parents to be in this place. It’s the same as the Brookdale Ontario when we visited. Very nasty place.

I was a patient at Brookdale San Dimas for 2 months in 2016. I don't understand some of the negative comments The physical therapists that helped me walk again were very attentive and sensitive. One has to understand the size of San Dimas Brookdale. Their staff, which I found easy to get along with, is only so large in number. There were times overnight when 2-4 staff were attending 30 or more patients in my area alone. Sometimes one just has to wait and be patient. Nothing is perfect. Was everything always perfect-of course not. Would care at home be perfect? The food? I'm very surprised at some comments. I had no problem with the food and was even offered a variety of choices. I thought that the chefs did a good job. Did I necessarily prefer everything that was offered? I'm used to my own choices and cuisine-but, I'm one of many from different places. Does your home cook make separate meals for each one in the family? If one thinks that a relative is truly being neglected, report it and expect answers-and solutions It is possible anywhere, even at home, but doesn't have to continue. Spend some extra time with your loved one and see how things go. Compliment any/all staff members for their help. Let them know that you appreciate any/all help given to those they love. Appreciation goes a long way to let everyone know that someone appreciates the effort they put forth. Good luck and best wishes to all.
