Really disappointed Leticia literally took the liquid conditioning off my wife's hand after they had gave it to her at the store because it was not delivered to us when couches were delivered at home. Never shopping here again.

Outstanding customer service. Letty and Angelica are subject matter experts when it comes to any furniture in your store. I will not work with anyone else but them. I trust their judgement.

She was very polite and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted in my furniture needs

Awesome furniture store! Bought my dresser a year ago from here. Quality is great! I just returned to get a dinning room table delivery was fast and not expensive like other places. Would return soon for an entry table

Had what we needed and used our existing synchrony account for the purchase of a new bedset. They are friendly and eager to help get the best deal.

My husband and I went to Serranos in search of a sectional and a dining room table. We found a beautiful dining room set that was delivered and put together for us within a week of purchase. They have a great selection of beautiful sectionals but we unfortunately have a small space to work with and very specific size requirements for our space. Their staff worked very hard to find something that would work for us but unfortunately we walked away without a sectional. No complaints though, I am very thankful for the efforts of the staff and professionalism they displayed. I will return again if I have anymore furniture needs!

Love this place the lady there are so nice and very helpful Lety and Angelica the guy that works there too. I was working on my credit and they helped me get what I needed I’ve since furnished my whole house really recommend this place!

Wouldn’t recommend this place my parents should’ve listen to the reviews. They went in looking for an entertainment shelf and found one they loved but on receiving it, it was beat up missing parts and had some defects on the fire screen. They called and asked if they can exchange it or if not return it but all they did was come and try to fix it and made it worse. They didn’t even bother bringing the missing parts after my parents told them on the phone.overall a very bad experience with bad costumer service and now we’re stuck with a possibly used shelf or just mistreated cus they won’t let us return it.

Terrible experience! I walked in looking for a dining set. Stumbled upon a set my family fell in love with, and unfortunately it was the floor model and last in stock. It had a few nicks and scratches on it but we still wanted it. I asked if it could get a deal we were told no we have to hold firm to prices. Fine by me but I had found the exact same table by model number at another furniture store for $300 less. I asked if they would price match. Again they said no. My final offer was for them to cover the only 80 dollar delivery fee, knowing I was overpaying for the table. The lady went to the desk to “ask” never talked to anyone and came back and stated they couldn’t do it. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. At this point a manager should be involved in trying to close a sale with a willing buyer but there ok with walking away from business I guess.
