They kept my car the whole day and didn't even bother to call and update me on what was going on. I had to call the office before they closed just for them to tell me they were keeping it over night to do a better inspection the next day. They did work without my consent and my car is still leaking. I would advise going somewhere that has better service and that does a better job.

This pendejo damaged my wheels on my 4runner installing tires. Said they will take care of it, and now they won’t respond or own up to it. Be careful, go somewhere else. Too many options than to waste your time here

Refused to help with my atv tires. Rude and refused to refer me to another place. Seemed like they didn't want to work today. Went down the street to Castaneda tires and they were so helpful.

Just got a pair of tires the other day my car seems to have a lot more grip. The two workers were kind and got my tires put on my rims and right back on the car in a timely matter. Tires were also a decent price.

Went back to this place after the CAR STOP WORKING AGAIN. AFTER PAYING $1700. The mechanic purposely damaged things on the car and I went brought my part and went with my receipts.the gave me the money for WHAT HE KNOWINGLY DAMAGED. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! MECHANIC WHO DELIBERATELY CAUSE PROBLEMS TO YOUR CAR JUST TO INCREASE THE COST THAT YOU SPEND QUITE UNFORTUNATE

What do know about this place they will tell you one price then try an charge u another and I've never been to used tire place and u buy tires and they charge you for labor

The owner and Carlos are very helpful! I went to two other tire shops on village and they both didn’t have time to even look at my car! I highly recommend them!

I don't ever make a review but these people deserve one 10 fold! They were not only the only tire shop in the entire desert that was open passed 6pm they were very professional and you got what you paid for. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and got the job of 4 NEW tires done in less than 20mins. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have been able to make a very urgent drive to Arizona tonight! Thank you Serrano's Tires you guys were great!

They are racist and are liars. I went to get air in my tire and this guy told me he couldn’t put air in my tire because he didn’t have a gage for the air. How are you a tire shop without a air gage? If you’ll lie about that, you’ll lie about anything.
