Having Serve First as my credit card processor has been a wonderful experience. My company has accepted credit cards for about twenty years and they are the best I have ever dealt with. Their portal is easy to navigate and straight forward, rates are very competitive and what was promised. Account Executive Barry Steinberg has been very attentive and follows up regularly. In fact every person whom I have dealt with at Serve First has been top notch. I don't believe I could be happier and look forward to a long relationship with them.

With more and more of our customers paying their invoices via a credit card I was looking for a company to reduce our transaction fees. Service Fist Solutions did just that! The systems is user friendly. An extra bonus was their customer response team. We have our owe representative (Tracy Shrewder) who guiled me every step of the way, was always ready to assist us with any issues and explained, in detail, all of our charges. Switching to SFS has been a wonderful experience. The terminal is easy to use and provides features that are incredibly helpful (storing credit cards and customer profiles, easy batch preview, editing amount of transaction in event of an error, customizable system, assisting with PCI compliance and more) and the staff are incredibly helpful. I love that I can always get a live person on the phone to assist with my needs, and they are also quick to respond to emails. Jared not only walked me through the onboarding process but reaches out periodically to check and make sure we're still happy with things as well as go over our statement with me every month. Everyone I have connected with at the company has been friendly and helpful. This is the kind of customer service everyone deserves.

We were cold called by Jared at Serve First. I reluctantly took his call as I thought it was another junk call. I heard him out and am so happy we made the switch from our other credit card processing company. We ran a large credit card transaction in which the funds got held, they emailed the next day to notify us and I provided the risk assessment team with the requested information and it was resolved as easy as that! The funds will get released to our account in 1-2 business days. Best service I've ever had with a credit card processor before. The last company we were with typically took 30 days plus to release funds and you had to jump through hoops to get an issue taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend! Happy Customer!
