We asked for a repair analysis as our A/C is problematic. Prawit (and Angel) arrived on time and did a thorough checks and analysis, with professional comments. You will know what caused the problem and the best way to deal with the situation. He is very polite, educational, and professional. I’ll give very high evaluation on him.

We had a HVAC system replacement as well as HVAC duct repair. There were 2 crews, Oscar and Carlos worked on the HVAC system while Danny and Logan worked on the HVAC ducts. Both crews were outstanding in completing their task in an efficient manner. Not only were they very professional in their work but we’re also very courtesy and friendly when interacting with me and my wife. I can’t adequately express what a pleasure it was to work with them and how very satisfied we are with the quality of work they did on our new replacement HVAC system and ducts. They took the extra effort to explain what would be done before work was started and what we needed to know after the work was completed. Kudos to both crews on a job well done.

Alex did a great job. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. He also has attention for details. For example he would lock the door which he unlocked to gain access.

Service was excellent. First I initiated on their website and gave my details. Immediately got a call and scheduled the time. Technician, Brandon Trinidad, showed up and explained the problem and replaced the part. He took his time and tested cooling system. He did an excellent job.

Ben came in earlier than schedule and that really make it conducive on my part because of the additional time he spent in explaining to me the jobs / activities that need to be done for my AC and furnace updates. He took time to explain and show me all the financial options that are available for me. Really a knowledgeable guy!

Very responsive company. Dakota was very professional, punctual, and a great communicator. Our AC stopped working properly and they replaced the necessary parts very quickly. Glad to have air conditioning again!

Joe from Service Champions showed up right on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it. He goes the whole nine yards by checking previous visit notes and making himself aware of past issues and possible problems. Joe also performed a quick look through of the unit to make sure everything else looked ok.

I highly recommend Service Champions for any HVAC services. Today we had their technician (Virgilio Fonseca) coming to our house to perform the AC maintenance. He not only did a great job in going through the regular maintenance procedure, but also paying extra attention to the insulation and other small details to keep the unit running in great condition and to save the energy. A very kind, knowledgeable and professional guy. I hope I can rate him 6 stars!

Chris S.was very knowledgeable. He told me that my condo has a commercial air handler that they don't work with. And he pointed me to a brand and a company that will install such a system.

They alway respond promptly and their technicians are polite and knowledgeable, always explaining what they’re doing. I was having a problem with a system they installed. They didn’t get it right the first time (happens to us all) so they were immediately out again (it was Sunday) he finally located the problem, did a temporary fix, and scheduled the permanent fix for a couple of days from now, all at no cost. Even the best can’t get is right 100% of the time. They are committed to sticking with it until it’s fixed.
