Although Eric was polite and friendly (the only reason for 4 stars is the service representative not the service resolution either by Eric or the 4 previous summer and winter calls, always with an issue of some degree), the problem was still not resolved this visit with the heater, and another appointment was made. No reflection on Eric's professionalism or service, but my history with company has not been a good experience since I bought a replacement air condition unit in August 2022, and joined the MVP program. I'm not sure why I keep putting myself through the frustration, honestly if I had to do the whole thing again I would choose another company.

You can send Amber back here anytime. She seems skilled, is well-spoken in layperson terms, and seems happy with her craft. But then, I can say the same about every tech you have provided, with but one exception in all these years.

Very friendly and informative, quick, thorough, and efficient! My primary tech was Sam. He and his coworker were great! I signed up as a member and look forward to having my system maintenance and repairs done by Service Champions because of my great experience. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Another great job by Service Champions! Steve came out early! All work properly done to ensure our system is set for the winter.

Tony was very courteous and through. He examined all of my system components and made a couple recommendations, but without any "pressure" to buy additional products or services.

I've been a customer for a few years now for a couple of my homes. I am always satisfy and happy with level of service and professionalism. Hence, why I am also a MVP member of Services Champions, because I know I can trust them.

David did a good job on our heat pump system semi annual inspection. He helped diagnose a small rattling problem within the system and tried a fix that have not yet had enough to evaluate the effectiveness.

DeeAndre was great! Super polite and knows his stuff well. He was also very patient with all my questions. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Michael was timely. He exceeded my expectations regarding his arrival. While he wasn't able to effect my repair after evaluating the issue, he did make an exceptional effort to collect all relevant information and immediately offered to reschedule to install my replacement parts. I'm not happy with the cost but it wasn't his fault.
