Andrew was an exceptional technician who politely and thoroughly explained the issue with our AC and proceeded to address the problem. He promised to return tomorrow AM to replace a key component, which requires him to make two trips to complete the task. I am certain he will honor his commitment and take care of this in a timely and professional manner.

We had Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Denver, Colorado (purchased by Service Champions in 2021) perform our air conditioner (a/c) annual maintenance in May 2023; per our Club Membership agreement. To our complete surprise, the Swan technician advised us that there was zero refrigerant in our a/c unit; but everything else looked great. Swan has performed the annual maintenance on our a/c unit for several years. The Swan technician also advised that the Schrader caps were missing. But didn’t replace them or offer. I asked how our a/c unit could possibly have zero refrigerant now and he said he didn’t know and provided a quote on the steps Swan would need to troubleshoot for a total of $3,134. Since 2021, every time a Swan technician came to do the annual maintenance on our furnace or a/c unit, they always tried to upsell us; even though they advised the equipment was running perfectly and in great condition. The Swan Service Tech on this visit confirmed that the technicians are told to do this. They are providing service to their customers. We obtained a second opinion from another Denver HVAC company regarding our a/c the next day. The 2nd HVAC technician had us stay with him while he tested our a/c unit so he could show us the readings on his equipment in real time. He showed us that our a/c unit had 6SC of refrigerant and the a/c plate requires 8. Our a/c did not have zero refrigerant as stated by the Swan technician just the day before. He stated the unit was in great condition and no recommendations at this time and replaced the Schrader caps at no charge. He advised that next year we should ‘top off’ the refrigerant to bring it back to the recommended 8 pounds that the a/c plate states. The Swan technician the day before had advised that Swan is now owned by Service Champions out of California. And the sale happened in 2021; when we started noticing a trend where the Swan technicians were becoming sales people and not solely technicians. And required to meet sales quotas. We wanted to provide Swan/Service Champions the opportunity to make things right for us as long term customers and reimburse us for the $89.00 second opinion charge. We wrote them and provided documentation for the 2nd opinion with findings and $89 charge. The BBB has attempted to provide assistance but neither Swan or Service Champions have responded. The Denver BBB displays an F rating for Swan. We are retired and on a fixed income. We are saddened that after being a loyal customer for so many years that the 'new' Swan would now have deceptive practices like this.

Cameron was my technician and he was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough with troubleshooting, very detailed in explaining things along the way, excellent with customer service, and very professional! He is a great representative of Service Champions and I could tell he really cares about his job and the customer. He knows his stuff and I felt confident he would fix the problem. Super grateful for all his hard work and working late into the day to find a solution. Thank you so much!

I did a Google search on Service Champions to check them out as l wanted an AC TUNEUP. All looked good, including A+ BBB rating. The tech, Albert Mendoza, did an awesome job. He was on time, professional in both appearance and work ethics. He wore booties while in my house, drop cloth where my attic access was located when he ventured into the attic. All the time he was smiling and enjoying his work. Mr. Mendoza was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the results of all his testing on my AC unit, and more importantly, put me at ease with his smile and work ethics. So pleased am l, that l signed up to Service Champions reward program. Service Champions will be my one stop shop for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and attic insulation as soon as l re-roof my home. If all the techs are as responsible and professional as Mr. Mendoza, l will be a customer for life. Service Champions and Albert Mendoza have earned my confidence, my business, and my respect!

We had a terrible experience with them. The technician not only did not turn up on time appointment was scheduled but also did not care to call or text with an update. On calling half an hour later, texted stating that there could be a 2 hour delay and did not even turn up then. Very poor experience just based on this and not sure how the service itself goes.

Don't believe anything they say. Good deeds are NOT for free! Actually, they can't even do their job right and they are all a total SCAM artists! I had a leak coming off my w garage and had them check it after I had heard about their infomercial on the radio. They told me I needed to repipe my whole house and that would be $30k. (Later I found out it should not be more than $15k)! I didn't know much at the time so I went ahead and had them do it. They told it would be done in 1 day, which was. But the city inspection needed to approve everything for them to patch up my walls (they made almost 50 holes on my wall). This was in the middle of the winter with heavy rain. They had done such a bad job (even had extra holes in places they didn't need to) and no communication between them that they failed the inspection 3 TIMES and it took months to pass it, not days like they told me. I had to call so many times to get things done that I was literally DONE with them. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would give a zero star if possible.

Noe serviced my AC today. He was professional and very personalbe. He noticed that I was putting away some tables and chairs from last night's party and offered to help. Since the chairs had to go into the attic I gladly accepted his offer.
Regarding the service Noe was knowledgeable and answered my questions in a logical way as well as backing up what he said with videos from the company.
I have used Service Champions for many years and have always enjoyed and respected every employee I encountered along the way.

I had an A/C tuneup today done by Robert Medrano. He did an excellent and thorough job lasting nearly 3 hours. During that period he answered my endless questions graciously and knowledgeably.
I appreciate Robert and Service Champions and feel that that was money and time well spent.

We had our routine A/C inspection done today by Technician Corey Boggs from the Brea office. He was outstanding in every way possible. From the moment he entered our property, he was respectful and professional. He went above and beyond in his service of our A/C unit, including replacing a previously-installed piece of equipment that had failed prematurely. He even took the time to interact with our dogs so they would feel comfortable with him being on our property. To top it off, he willingly went up into our attic when it was over 100 degrees outside so he could fully complete his inspection…and not once did he rush the job or complain about the heat. Outstanding service by an outstanding technician who is undoubtedly an outstanding young man! Thank you, Corey!

We have used with Service Champions for several years and are pleased with the work. All representatives are friendly, helpful and respectful. We have used them for heating, AC, and now plumbing. Today Derek was a pleasure to work with, he explained everything thoroughly and gave good recommendations. We are happy with the results.

Young man Derek was sent to fix my central air. After 15 minutes, he figured out the problem and was so quick and knowledgeable at his job. He was very professional and had great mannerisms. They are a great service and very helpful and kind.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. I would like to reduce the 5 star rating not because of what i said earlier that they knowledgeable and professional that's what they are, but when i queried the price and asked if that was the best price they could give me so i decided to get a quote from their competitor and they were $300 cheaper for the exact same repair of my drain pipe leakage so for that i will give them 3 Star rating.

Service champ comes to my house twice a year for hvac maintenance and we always receive good service each time. My AC stopped working just last week and Chris was available last minute to see what was wrong. He and his colleague were able to fix my AC right away! They were both very professional working in the heat. Chris also provided information I need to lower cost of electrical bill. Thank you Chris and service champ for another excellent service!

Our AC stopped functioning last Thursday. The next appointment would not have been till Tuesday the following week. However, the lady I spoke to was able to find a cancellation for yesterday, Saturday night at between 10PM and 12AM Sunday. The technician came at 10: 30, thus at the lower end of the estimated time. He was able to repair the system, but suggested that this may not last. He recommended an upgrade, but I cannot afford that at this time. He was helpful and pleasant.
