Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating Chatsworth has always been my go-to for all my AC repair needs. I've been using them for years and have never had a single issue with their services. They are always there when I need them, day or night, and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating Chatsworth is definitely one of the best HVAC companies in the business.

They called me back right away. They arrived on time. Jose and Christian were both knowledgeable and very professional and courteous. Reasonable pricing. I am very happy and satisfied with the service. Will use them again for my heating needs in the future. Great job!

I cannot say enough good things about Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating. We had an issue with our furnace and they were able to dispatch a furnace repair technician within the hour! They also fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. It has always been a positive experience dealing with their company - from customer service to quality of work.

I had this company come out to do service under LADWP program for free. While the service went fine, they put on a sticker with their information without my permission on a/c unit. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The tech was nice, but he damaged the ceiling tiles. Cracked a tile and tried to wipe condensation stain on another tile and made it look worse. He did not mention these issues before he left and I noticed when I checked. Would be nice if the ceiling tiles can be replaced.

Christian Monks as absolutely wonderful! However the quotes for the repair work far exceeded our budget

Christian is one of the best technicians I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He immediately found out the issue with my furnace and finished the furnace repair the same day. Definitely will work with Service going forwards!

A schedule of the installation was provided beforehand, Installers arrived on schedule and were finished on time. The installation area was very clean when work was completed.

Called these guys after I noticed the thermostat on our furnace wasn't working right anymore, and we needed a repair.they did an excellent job.

They called me as an advertisement for a free thermostat and filter change program offered by LADWP. They went to the house and did not do anything and did not even change the filter as they promised.
Since then the heater is blowing cold air and when I called them to mention the issue, they said they need to charge us to go back to the house to see what the issue is!
There was no issue with the system prior to their visit and now we are having cold air in Dec.
A cold new year with what they did!

The technician couldn’t say what’s wrong then the supervisor came and both of them had a wrong diagnosis. They told me I had to spend almost $500 to replace a piece then they can tell me what’s wrong. After they left I turned on the heater and realized they lied. They were the worst experience I’ve had with any HVAC repair company. They had no clue what they were doing. I got another company and within 5 min he told me what the issue was. Avoid this rip off company
