I had to have my side view mirror fixed. They were in consistent communication with me while the part was being replaced. They also covered my uber after dropping off my vehicle.

Picked up my car today and I'm totally satisfied! I had to get my rear bumper fixed because of a crack and they replaced the whole thing so I got a brand new bumper which I was really happy about because it had scratches all over and the paint was rusting. They updated me everyday about repairs via text. I dropped off on Monday and was ready Friday morning. They also washed my car and went beyond and even cleaned the inside of my car which I really needed. An amazing surprise on top of everything. This is the place to go. They will take good care of you!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The process is easy and efficient. They communicate via text every step of the way. Repairs look amazing. They even fixed additional paint damage for me because they had the paint! That is above and beyond for sure!

And when I took it Tony an said unprofessional answers to my questions In which I had even asked. 0 help at all. Instead of helping put you down. In the situation you all already are. Does not professional. Sorry 0 stars again.

Excellent service. Did a great job replacing my doors and straightening my frame after a rear end collision. Dealt with my rental for me. Was always extremely professional and courteious. My van looks perfect and they went the extra mile cleaning the interior. Will return for future repairs.

My 10 day old Lexus LC500 was rear ended and the only good part about the entire situation was that my car was repaired by Ben and his team at service king.

From the start Ben was straight up with me about time of repairs and cost. Was actually kinda crazy how accurately he was able to predict both. He's super knowledgeable about the repair process and can answer pretty much any question you may have. Throughout the process he kept me updated and was always super polite and professional when I reached out to him myself.

Being a brand new model from Lexus, parts were hard to come by. I called the insurance company (GEICO) and let them know it was going to take 2 months in some cases to get the parts. My adjuster couldn't have cared less, the insurance companies in general have no interest in fixing your car quickly or exerting any extra effort. Luckily, I was working with service king, who, short of flying to Japan and getting the parts from the factory themselves, reached out and did everything in their power to make sure my car didn't just sit on the lot.

When all of the parts arrived service king hustled to get the car done. When the repairs were done they even stayed open late Friday to make sure I could have my car back for the weekend.

The work done was immaculate. You would never be able to tell this car had any damage done to it at all. I cannot recommend service king and Ben enough. I don't think I'd ever want to go to another body shop again knowing how good service king is at taking care of me and my car.

Called a day before to bring my car for an estimate. Once i got herr people on the office told me they could not attend me. I had to come back another time. Terribly rude customer service
