The techs came in to do a job and they succeeded. I was very impressed. But now the rest is out of their hands and Laguna Woods has to approve repairs which I hope will be soon because I have a bathroom door and a cabinet sitting in my dining room as well as a hole in my bathroom wall where the cabinet was. Edgar was amazing! He came to the appointment on time and began his work checking floors and cabinets quickly and accurately. He made a detailed sketch of the affected areas and gave an honest evaluation of cost and time. He also gave helpful insights on what to expect.

Evelyn was our coordinator for this restoration and repair project. She was always there to help and made the process effortless. Our job was not large but beause we were also dealing with our homeowners association it was a little more involved. As soon as I spoke with Evelyn everything seamed to fall into place and things started getting done. Service First sent Ivan to put our bathroom vanity back together and do the finishings touches with paint, baseboards, door frames, mirror and installing a new marble mosaic backsplash. He was definitely a professional and left us with no doubt of using Service First again. Very happy with all of the workers who came to help from the restoration to reconstruction.

I the front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable… A text mission came out first thing the following morning. Alan came out and did an extensive review of the situation…he confirmed there was no moisture or mold, which made me feel good. Had Juan and Tadeo come over to fix my ceiling and repaint it and it turned out great. They showed up on time and were very respectful. I would recommend these two for any work you need done at your home.

I received a mold estimate for our bathroom a while ago; I received actually a few quotes. Service first was the most expensive quote and took the longest to receive. When I called to discuss the quote to see if there’s any wiggle room, they would not budge and adamant their price was justified. Their attitude was like, take it or leave it. So I left it.

They arrived on time, workmanship was professional and left me feeling assured the job had been done right. They did not disappoint.
