7Camron and John came to repair mold that we didn't even know was present. They were on time, professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. They told us what the next steps would be to proceed with the removal of mold and restoration. This is my first time having to deal with mold but I highly recommend Servpro.

We used ServPro as a result of a leak in our kitchen and it turned into a full kitchen remodel. The ServPro workers were professional and courteous and on time. Our kitchen turned out beautiful.
In October, we noticed buckling in our floors and immediately called a plumber to review. They explained a pipe had burst causing significant damage (leading to potential for mold, etc). We got a recommendation from insurance for ServPro and I'm so thankful we opted to work with them from the mitigation period all the way through the contracting/rebuilding. From the moment they stepped into our house, they were a voice of calm, reason, and assurance. At no point did they ever try to SELL me (or upsell me). They responsibility worked the problems and rectified the urgent issues. They went on to coordinate all the players needed to remove our furniture so that they could rebuild the damage in the house (which included new floors, new kitchen, and some other affected areas). I've worked with contractors my entire career (on the commercial side) and have seen a wide range of good to terrible. Grant and his team never lost sight of their goals:
1. Handle mitigation quickly and effectively
2. Work with insurance to get everything moving smoothly
3. Repair all of the damages to the home and make it look as good (or better) than when they got to the house
Other contractors who came to bid on the work were fixated on the ABC's (always be closing) while Grant (and his other colleagues who visited on the initial part of the project) were simply concerned with making our lives easier. Accommodating timing (I have two small kids at home). Working with us to make things more comfortable. Working with other outside vendors (like movers) to be sure everything went well as possible.
Even when there were little snags at various points (always will be on a large construction project), they ALWAYS answered phone, text, and email. Usually within 5 minutes. Day or night. This is priceless. Responsiveness and positive engagement (never blaming always solving) is the hallmark of a great contractor and partner.
You'd be foolish not to contact their team for any sized project. You won't regret it.

Servpro was great to work with. The crews that came to the house were on time, professional, and courteous. The back office team was in constant communication scheduling work and letting me know the status of the work. I would definitely use them again.
Tyler coordinated and communicated the whole process very well. They minimized the demolition and worked well with the adjuster to make sure we were taken care of and things were done correctly and cleaned at the end of each shift. He was available 24/7 for me to ask questions.
