My team Steven, Louis, & Dennis were great. They were very professional and did a quick job to get my damage fixed in a timely manner. They were here everyday working hard. They have it ready for the next team to come in for their replace process. The team and Daniel the manager explained the process to me
and what to expect. Even the office kept me informed of when they would be here. I would recommend this Servpro office to anyone who needs help they are great to work with.

I just want to give a shout out to 3 people that worked on our house reconstruction from Servpro. Mauricio, Evan and Doug. Mauricio supervised the job. His follow-up was amazing. He constantly kept us informed of what was going on and what the next step was. He was easy to talk to and explained everything very well. He always called before he came to the house, he was always polite, professional and on time. He kept the job moving along smoothly. Couldn't ask for a better representative for the company. Evan and Doug did all the priming, painting, minor repairs and basically put everything back together like it never happened. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were also great representatives for the company and like Mauricio, very polite and professional. Steve & Debbie

Lynn was very courteous, knowledgeable, detail oriented and professional.
Paul was also very courteous and hard working. He did everything we asked him to.
Jakob, Steven and Gary was also very courteous and hard working.

Huge shout out to Marissa, Natasha, Sandy, Kristina, Stephanie and all employees at ServPro for the amazing work they did on my recently flooded home! They were very prompt, professional and extremely courteous in every aspect of the work they did. I was so relieved to have them on my side during this horrific process. I don't think I could have selected a better company to do this, and if anybody out there needs a referral for clean-up, ServPro will be the 1st company I think of to help them get through the process. Too bad that the review only allows for 5 stars, I would pick 100 stars! Thank you with all my heart~ you are truly the best!

We had a nicotine cleaning from this company and the ladies who did the job, Sandy and Natasha were excellent! They were professional, experienced, friendly and did above and beyond cleaning from the carpet to the ceiling and everywhere else in our detached studio.
We were so glad that they were available to do the job in such a short notice and glad that we found a reliable company and excellent workers who truly understand their costumers needs. Thank you!

The ServPro team that did Contents Manipulation at our home following a flood on New Year's Eve were incredible to work with. Marisa, Stephanie, Kristina, and Sandy treated our possessions with great respect and care. They gave me incredible peace of mind during the worst weeks of my life. The team was kind, compassionate, honest, hard-working, and a joy to work with. They provided excellent communication and service, going above and beyond to help my family through this most difficult time. Through their efforts, I regained some of my strength and confidence to handle what's coming next, and that's simply beyond what you'd expect from any company. I simply can't say enough good things about my experience with ServPro. We had a fire in our house a couple of months ago. We called in Servpro based on a recommendation from my neighbor. From the instant we called they were responsive and helped me understand the process much better than any insurance rep could. Special shout out to Marisa, Natasha, Sandy. Stephanie and Kristina for doing a great job at cleaning our house post the fire and working diligently to document everything so that the process with the insurance was smooth.

Our house burned March 7th 2021 and we were in shock. We sat on our neighbors lawn and thanked God we got ourselves and our kitty out safely. As the fire trucks were leaving, representatives of ServPro of Citrus Heights approached us and asked if they could be of assistance. We said "Yes" and that was the best decision we could have made. Within a half hour Dan Piatti had his amazing crew of Marrisa and Sandy and Natasha expertly packing our cherished antiques and family heirlooms. They knew exactly what needed to be done and precisely how to do it. They worked with great precision and care for the many fine Chinese, French and English porcelain pieces all of which came home to us in perfect condition.
The worst of the fire damage was in the garage and that's where I worked with the for about three weeks digging out and helping to identify the large number of machine tools and classic cars parts in my collection. That was a really grueling job but Marrisa and Sandy and Natasha and Rocio and I just kept pushing until it was done.
Everyday working with these fine people was a joy and a lesson in professionalism and ethic of "Hard Work". Thank you ServPro and thank you Marrisa and Sandy and Natasha and Rocio...

We are a multi-discipline engineering firm that recently had a large portion of our office building damaged due to flooding. Servpro quickly arrived on-site, and due to the extensive nature of the damage, their “large loss team” from Servpro Citrus Heights was brought in. Rob, Danny, Marisa, Sandy, Natasha, Stephanie, and the rest of their team were exceptional. In order to remain operational while relocating 20-plus employees, they worked closely with us, provided excellent communication, and did everything they could to keep us happy and functioning considering the circumstances. Being in the construction/building industry, it was truly a pleasure to work with them, and we highly recommend them should anyone need their services.

We recently had a significant water-loss in a large commercial building, after hours and on a weekend in Redding Ca.so, we reached ServePro for assistance. ServePro is fantastic company! They did what they said they were going to do, did an incredible job, and did it in a timely manner! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a great large-loss Mitigation contractor.

What a painful and frustrating experience. We had a second floor laundry room leak and cause rain in our kitchen on the first floor. We hired another company to do the mitigation and that part of the process went very smoothly. Unfortunately, they do not perform construction and so we hired ServPro to perform the required work. The work we needed was fairly minor:

1. Replace carpet pad and rejoin carpet in home office
2. Replace base board in laundry room and home office
3. Patch roughly 8-10 sq.ft.of drywall ceiling with texture
4. Paint ceiling

ServPro's communication is terrible. Most of the time I had no clue when they were showing up until 20-30 minutes beforehand. This is a house with multiple dogs and a toddler and 2 infants so you can imagine the logistic of preparing to lose access to a major part of your house multiple times with little to know warning.

It took ServPro 4 attempts to repair the carpet in my home office. After the 3rd failed attempt they blamed me because they said I didn't move the furniture out of the office and thus they couldn't stretch the carpet properly. They never asked me to until the 4th attempt even though I had previously offered to. Also, the furniture was all present when they made their estimate.

As I right this review, ServPro is on their 5th or 6th (I've kind of lost count) attempt to complete the work on the kitchen ceiling. The first 3 times they attempted to only apply texture to the small patched area. For those not in the drywall industry, it is very hard to blend a heavy texture, which is why I suggested in the beginning that they skim the entire kitchen/living room ceiling to make it match. They chose not to follow my advice and surprise surprise they couldn't blend the patch. After the 4th failed attempt and finally skimmed the entire ceiling. Unfortunately, the quality of that texture was awful and they knew it. The kicker? They asked for $3000 more dollars to skim the ceiling which is something they should have done from the get go. I wish I could do that kind of thing at my job. Quote someone $7k, screw it up multiple times then ask for more money to cover my costs. They must figure since its the home owners insurance money rather than their own bank account, no one will complain. I'm sure this is standard practice from them.

Eventually, ServPro acknowledged they could not perform texture work satisfactorily and hired another company to perform the work for them. Let me say that Bestway Drywall out of Auburn is great. Hire them for your drywall work.

ServPro is back today to primer and paint. We shall see how that goes.

This process took 8 months for them to get to this point and we had to lose access to our living room, kitchen and home office (I work from home) multiple times. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your construction needs.

Addition: I forgot to mention that the whole time this is going on, I repeatedly received emails from their accounting department that my payment was past due despite the work not being complete. I called and left a message for their accounting department but no one returned my call or the emails I sent. I called their project manager about it but he said that wasn't his department. Clearly they communicate internally as bad as they do with their customers.

Poor quality work, bad communication and shady business practices. Avoid like the plague.

One more edit: It's only fair that I mention that the workers ServPro sent out were all nice and professional. They were apologetic about the process and set backs. Its their management team that is the issue. Sending out non-carpet installers with inadequate tools to do the job, insisting on trying to cut corners and blend a texture instead of doing it right, blaming the customer for their issues and demanding more money after their corner cutting didn't work out

The level of care and detail servpro provided was excellent.my bathroom had mold coming from a water leak under my tub basin.servpro staff came and addressed the issue fast and took care of my mold issues.my bathroom is like new now.thanks servpro
