I cannot say enough good things about this SERVPRO franchise, headquartered in Castroville. Under the supervision of Luis Cortes, the team was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, caring and thorough. From the first visit by Miguel to the ongoing phone support from Megan Nobles, I felt my needs were being taken care of by professionals who care about quality.

Having home damage from water is not a happy event, but this SERVPRO team made it less difficult. They showed up when they said they would, giving me advance notice. They had up-to-date, effective equipment, they were thorough in analyzing and fixing the problems, and they were efficient and speedy.

We’ve really been through the ringer. Garage fire, cleaning and pack out by June, Tito and Richardo of Servpro Marina. Wonderful team. Then a pause to allow a whole other team to come in for asbestos removal! Then Servpro of Monterey took over with Richardo supervising this time. Richardo, Oscar and Carmen came in and cleaned and cleaned and cleaned! It looks amazing. A blank canvas. Right now they have us drying out. A few more steps and we will be ready for the Contractor. After water spillage seeped under my hardwood floors, the floor planks became seriously warped and I was sure I would need new flooring. However, after the water extraction process the floor was completely back to its original state. Huge relief. I am so pleased with the service, and the people performing the work.

Where do I even begin? I cannot say enough great things about SERVPRO of Monterey Peninsula! My mom passed away last year and she has a home in Carmel-by-the-Sea. My husband and I were heading down there for a three day weekend and were planning on staying at least a week. I got a call from our landscaper that he heard water rushing from inside the home. He went inside and discovered the hose going to the dishwasher burst and water was gushing out for who knows how long. My husband went to Yelp and found SERVPRO of Monterey Peninsula. Mind you, this was a Friday afternoon, right before a three day weekend. They got a top notch crew out there within the hour! Steve Carrillo was the person who called me that evening and walked me through exactly what was going on and what their plans were. June Kumada was the person who supervised the job. Going through something like this is already stressful enough. I cannot begin to explain how well Steve communicated with me throughout the entire process. Very detailed, responsive, and compassionate. We were very lucky to have this team helping us out. I still can't believe we were able to get them out to the house so quickly on a Friday afternoon. Because of this, I am sure they were able to prevent further water damage from occurring. If anyone is reading this and is trying to decide who to use, this is your place! By far the best company I have ever worked with. I cannot stress what a professional, courteous and efficient this particular Franchise is run. I have encountered 9-10 team members during the work they are performing for me and each one has been a 10! Though I have to say that Samantha, the production manager assigned to me has been a 100+! I would have been in tears many times but her professionalism and compassion helped me navigate the damages and kept the Insurance company in the loop. Luis, thank you for your patience in demystifying flooring to me. Learnt a lot from you. Last but not least Steve, kudos to you for instilling great core values for your company and such expertise! They have been very thorough and professional. All of the staff we dealt with were responsive, friendly and competent. April, Megan, Luis and Steve were knowledgeable and professional. Steve particularly was extremely knowledgeable and would take the time to go over everything in a way so that we could understand the issues. Doing everything right was their goal.

Servpro was very on top of things throughout the entire clean-up that they performed. They were also responsive and helpful during the communication process.
