ServPro's water damage specialists, Cristian, Luis, and Ever, quickly removed all water damaged items in two rooms (drywall, ceiling, tiles) and fixtures attached to the drywall when the upstairs condo's toilet leaked into my unit. Ever took before and after pictures/video so ServPro could provide a repair estimate and monitored the dehumidifiers and fans that were needed to dry up moisture to prevent mold. One glass light cover was broken while the men removed everything but Cristian informed me and assured me ServPro would add it to the repair estimate. Cristian and Luis were able to get everything done in one day but the dehumidiers/fans had to stay several days to thoroughly dry everything. I appreciated the floor coverings that they taped to my wood floors and the plastic, zippered doorway they created for bathroom doorway to keep all dust inside the water damaged room. Also, Cristian wiped the covered floor areas with bleach prior to leaving.

ServPro has been great to work with, especially with Alex. He’s been on top of our projects and making sure we are aware of any new issues that have arisen. While it’s not fun to have to do remediation, it’s a relief that Alex is handling it for us.

Garrett was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and did a great job! During the drying process I had to have surgery on my hand. He made sure not to disturb me in the days following. He got in and out fast so I could continue resting and healing.

Geo and Danny of the asbestos abatement team were also great to work with.

I was very impressed by this company. I live in La Quinta and I had significant water damage after hurricane Hillary. Our local Serve Pro was inundated so they called for the help of this particular branch. I was contacted by Laura who I must’ve called at least 10 to 15 times to try to get them to come out as quick as possible. She always followed up immediately even on the weekends Edgar and others that came to service my property were so kind honest and expeditious. I didn’t get their names but two women that were there packing my things even pointed out money they had found while packing So honest. I have already recommended them to a handful of people that also had water damage in the desert and I will continue to recommend them to anybody
