They sent someone to do the cleanup on a Sunday within 2 hours of my call. He spent about 5+ hours and cleaned up all broken glass and blood biohazard from the accident. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Great job to restore a bit of normalcy to our lives until it could be assessed by our insurance while we heal from the accident.

They cleaned up the damage from an overflow from our kitchen and bathroom sinks. They drained water from the padding under the carpet and removed the damaged part. We were happy with the work they did.

Everyone except Laurel was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Seth also proved to be a bit difficult to work with as he would not answer any of my questions or provide me with any of the information I asked for. Other than that everyone elses was great I appreciate everyone's help and time. Thank you everyone for doing an exceptional job.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Servpro of east county. The flood in my house caused WAY more damage than it should have and it was incredibly stressful for me. Servpro has been there every step of the way and been so kind and helpful and communicative. Claire and Laurel have seriously been such a support in this and I'm so thankful. I dont wish flooding or water damage or any sort of home stress on anyone, but if you do, servpro east is the company to go with.

I had fire at my 2 unit property that was a total loss of one of the units. Warren from SERVPRO came out right away and was very helpful, answered all my questions. The whole team at SERPRO SD East was high level service and professional, I fully recommend using them.

Water damage-related mold examination/control. Bernadette is very sweet and nice. She listened to customer and helped me out with scheduling and explanation.

I think the service was rather expensive yet thorough. Even a charge to remove a faceplate at an electrical outlet. It was not necessarily a hazmat situation based on the amount of mold present, mostly dry. No standing water present. No asbestos in home.
I do not believe that an unaffected closet in the affected room had to be sealed up nor an empty desk in the same room sealed tightly with plastic. All done at quite a cost. I do understand that these precautions may be regulated. Tyler and Trever were very professional and thorough with plastic wall isolation of the area worked on and with floor/carpet protection against traffic.
Bernadette was responsive to questions and follow up. I did have to contest a few charges on the final invoice for tasks that were charged for but was not done. This was rectified by Anna in due time.
I suggest providing the required asbestos/lead test result documentation more expediently to the homeowner because EnviroPure did not as was promised. EnviroPure also overcharged me (Bernadette notified me of this) requiring follow up later by me first with an email without response then a phone call which then resolved the overcharge. This took a couple weeks. They never did send the $450 test result documents as was asked for in the phone call. I suggest changing testing labs.

My insurance company recommended SERVPRO who did the demolition after a water heater broke and flood the condo. The work included removing the vinyl and concrete flooring which included the need for a plastic wall to keep the dust down and removal and later the returning of the furniture in one room. All of the workers were professional, polite and respectful of the condo and its contents. The people at SERVPRO's office were also wonderful and answered questions or concerns promptly.

On a Saturday morning I discovered that the basement had been flooded due to all the rain. I called them and they immediately worked with me to get things under control.

They came out a few hours earlier than they said they could on a weekend. They cleaned, surveyed, extracted the water, and installed several fans to start drying up the basement. They came to check a few days later and determined that it was not dry enough and added a bigger desiccant machine let that go for a few more days and that did the trick. The service from top to bottom has been outstanding, on point, friendly, and reliable. I tend to work with smaller businesses, but I am SOOOOO glad that I went with a bigger named company on this project. It was a very very good choice. I felt like I received personal, trustworthy and high touch service. Quite rare!

We have a brand new water heater that was installed quickly because Servpro extracted the water quickly. They basement has been dried and the wood foundation posts have not been compromised. Shout out to the ladies manning the phones and scheduling to keep communications smooth and expectations met. Shout out to the Garrett and Isaac for coming out to the house a few times to get things adjusted. Shout out to Management for training and hiring competent people.

Heavy rains in San Diego have wreaked havoc with a family home. Water collected in the basement and it would take hours of heavy lifting to get rid of the entire amount of water one bucket at a time. SERVPRO to the rescue! I called the office and was delighted to hear a friendly voice instead of a recorded message telling you to press a myriad of buttons only to be conveniently disconnected. In the days of “no customer service, ” Bernadette of SERVPRO was cordial, helpful, answered all my questions, and quickly contacted a technician to help me out. Now that is customer service! Isaac was sent, whom my sister met, and was pleased with his work, professionalism, and courteous manner. He came up with a reasonable fee for the service and completed the job in no time. I highly recommend using this company; I know I will stay in close contact with them. Thank you Bernadette and Isaac.

This is the first time we’ve experienced mold and it freak us out! Servpro was helpful, informative, and made us feel calm along the way. Great service!

Hopefully I'll never need their service again, but if so SERVPRO will be my "go to" resolve. The Owner, Warren, and Marketing Rep, Bernadette were "very" knowledgeable and provided in depth information on my in house flooding situation. They were "very" caring of my situation, which is so appreciative during such a traumatic experience/time. I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO and their TEAM because they go ABOVE AND BEYOND in a stressful time! If I could give more than a 5 Star I would!
