SERVPRO of Van Nuys South

I can't say enough about ServPro of Van Nuys South.
They arrived promptly, were always in touch with the insurance adjuster and with the company that packed out our garage, and explained exactly what they'd be doing.
Alexis was my main contact and Vilma headed up the team that did the actual clean up. What they accomplished in two day was amazing.
You may think "oh this is a big company and I won't get personalized service" but you would be wrong!

We had a water leak in our kitchen, and Servpro was assigned to us by our insurance company. They were very thorough and responsive. The workers were friendly and hard-working. At every stage they let me know what they were doing, what was next, and when they would be arriving.we couldn’t be more pleased

I had a repaired slab leak and needed a mitigation company to come out and dry out the moisture. First they came out and did an assessment of what needed to be done and they left an air scrubber machine in place until they had a hygienist come out and test for lead and asbestos, prior to cutting open any more dry wall. My place was in the clear, so we scheduled time for them to do the work. They covered my furniture in plastic to minimize dust/dirt spreading. They cutout as minimal as possible and removed wood flooring to ensure the area was dry and though they didn't see any mold they treated for it, since it was damp for a couple of weeks. They estimate one possible two days, but were done in one. They were thorough and neat.
