A M A Z I N G SERVICE! This was my first time getting laser hair removal and I was slightly nervous. The check-in process leading up to the appointment is very detailed and organized. When I went in for my appointment, the woman doing my treatment was very comforting and professional! The session took maybe 5-10 mins max! I hate the pain of waxing and it is nowhere near that level. I am going to recommend this place to everyone and anyone interested in laser hair removal. It was such a smooth, quick and painless process.

So professional, quick and the staff are the sweetest! I have had laser before, and I have to say, this time was actually painless.

I’ve been going to Sev for about 6 or 7 months now, religiously. They are always so professional! I’ve worked with several different laser specialists & they’ve all given amazing service. The best in town.

I like this place but they are very picky about confirmations. They sent me a text to confirm my appointment at 2: 00PM two days before my appointment time, and only three hours later they sent me another text saying that my appointment was canceled because I had not confirmed. I had been studying the whole day as it was finals week and I had my phone off, so I thought this was extremely unfair. A three hour response window is way too short. I ended up being able to confirm my appointment, but they should not have made me go through that trouble in the first place. As far as the laser hair removal process, the ease and painlessness of it depends on the person. I had a great and pretty pain-free first session because the woman lasering me talked to me the whole time and took short intermittent breaks, but it was not as pain-free and distracting the second time. Overall I would say pretty good experience except for the appointment cancellation.

Definitely hands down best place to go in LA. It is pretty painless for me and all the nurses are complete angels. Plus the aesthetic and design in Sev is beautiful. I am pretty picky where I go and don’t usually write reviews but highly recommend this place.

This place really did take care of what others couldnt. Janelle is my favorite! Best attitude and so sweet

Very clean place and kind workers. The ladies that do the hair removal are very understanding, helpful, and professional in their work. I love going here, and I always recommend it. Their machines really work!

My experience i want to say is neutral right now. The staff was pleasant and friendly, The place was beautiful.calming and quiet. I dont know if i want to call it a "bad" thing but i felt extremely rushed. Almost like cattle syndrome. The procedure itself only took maybe 7min at the most and it was on to the next. I have a follow up appointment so hopefully i can get a better vibe. Maybe their schedules are tight so there is no time for rainbows, sprinkles and unicorns but if im spending my money i expect better client service. Again i cant say it was bad it was just ok.

The girl that did my laser was nice, but as soon as I sat in my car I started burning. And it increased to the point that I had to take the exit and buy ointment for burnt skin.
I called them 3 times, but every 3 times for the reason of high call volume their phone system automatically asked my info for call back.
But NO one called me back. I’m very disappointed.
Not gonna go back to them.: (: (: (

I love Sev Laser, been going to them for years for laser hair removal on various parts of my body. Overall, I love Sev and would definitely recommend it, however…at times I feel that certain technicians aren’t as thorough as others.

I have had laser hair removal multiple times, but this establishment was unequaled. The nurse was knowledgeable and professional, while also being very affable. But I was even more pleased that it was completely painless!

I always have a delightful experience when coming to SEV. The treatment is nearly painless yet effective and the prices are super affordable. All the laser technicians are great but for an exceptional experience I would recommend Diane or Jaclyn!

This place is the most horrible, unresolved place. All they want is to get clients and clients and they don't care about the clients they have already. I don't recommend this place. They're not responsible, they're loyalty with clients.

Sara O'Brien is the best professional at SEV! I've had a couple appointments with other nurses, but Sara is the one and THE best! She did an excellent job and I had a blast. I'd highly recommend making your appointment with Sara at Melrose ave in LA. Thank you Sara, love you!

This place is pretty amazing and the staff are super friendly and professional. Sarah the technician is a pro at her job and I would only go to her. Sarah, the receptionist is very helpful and lovely. Such a great experience!

AMAZING service. I've recommended them to all my friends and we all agree they're the best. They have friendly, helpful front desk attendants and techs who make you comfortable before, during and after the process. Five stars all around.

Jacklyn is amazing. She’s very attentive and good with people. The receptionist from yesterday was ok, but I felt she wanted to kick me out after the procedure as quick as possible, making me uncomfortable even to make next appointment. She didn’t want to communicate and I’m not talking about a long conversation, I wanted to ask her a quick question, but an attitude, that was given to me, made me embarrassed and I left SEV laser. I noticed that sometimes the receptionists are not welcoming, of course not all of them, but please be kind and attentive since you chose to work with people. Thank you.

I just called to get appointment and had bad experience with the person who answered! She wasn’t welcome and So rude! I felt I’m getting free service Lol
