4Fortunate enough to know these folks! A great team constantly refining their farming, winemaking, and tasting experience for a decade. Naturally complex wine from very high quality estate fruit. Some interesting varietals as well. Always a fun time and a good vibe at the tasting room. Great special events.

Best wine I've ever had. Seriously. After a day of wine tasting in Paso, I went to Seven Oxen and was blown away. The other wines we had were now just "okay" comparatively. Seven Oxen's wine is smooth. Easy. The winemaker puts so much effort into removing weird tastes. I previously thought all good wine had to have strong acid, tannins or an earthy mineral taste, but this wine is so smooth and delicious.you don't need to think about it or analyze it. It's just unassumingly GOOD!
Outstanding wines including a fab Rosé. It is chic and cool with a beautiful outdoor patio. I highly recommend!
