We had amazing time in Morro Bay at the seven sisters property! It was easy to book and the stay was perfect for our family.

Going on 8 weeks and still haven't received my security deposit. This company, namely Terry Hicks never follows-up with her taking the first step or initiative. For 8 weeks I call 2 times a week asking for updates.

Never get answers. Had to start a litigation process in order for them to miraculously inform me that my issue had been processed as of 8/17.

Called 8/23 to follow-up as not correspondence was sent back.

Still no deposit refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, as they will use you and your deposit as if they were an escrow company. Worst experience I have had through VRBO. I contacted VRBO as well to share my experience.

Seven sisters does a great job! They manage many vacation rentals in Avila Beach. We use them to manage our rentals and have experience renting places from them as well. They are organized, efficient and helpful. They do their best to guarantee you have a great stay!

This was the management company for a recent vacation rental we stayed at. The property was sparkling clean and in amazing condition! The rules were clearly stated and reasonable, everything was stocked and ready for our use, we loved it! Check-in and out was super smooth and everything was just as described or better. We will deffinetly be coming back. When I forgot an important medication in the fridge but was bording a plane, they immediately responded and secured it for later pickup. The communication was wonderful and they resolved my crisis quickly. I am so thankful! And with their level of professionalism I will be looking over the other properties they manage for future vacations too. Thank you!

Professional and punctual! Terri was very accommodating. She helped us with a short notice booking on a busy weekend. We will definitely use Seven Sisters again, and highly recommend their services to others looking for a vacation rental.

We rented "Cottage by the Sea" this pasted weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the house and it's location. The check in was flawless. The house was spotless and the communications with Seven Sisters was easy and professional.

We stayed at 2863 Avila Beach Drive. We stayed for 6 nights and found this property to be lovely and well maintained with amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. It is a great location! The kitchen had wonderful new appliances and fully stocked dishes and gadgets! The house is very new and has all upgrades. It is well built. It was spotless. The masterbath tub was wonderful.

The staff at Seven Sisters was very professional and kind. When we left I had forgotten some VERY important items behind and they kindly sent back to us. I reached out to them many times and they quickly responded to every request.

I would highly recommend this location. The traffic is a little noisy at night sometimes, but, more than not, it is quiet. The sound machines in every bedroom were a great addition! Avila is lovely!

Would love to give ZERO stars. I never leave reviews but this rental company, aka Terri, ruined a bachelorette trip for one of my good friends. We had booked through Airbnb and when we showed up to check in Terri refused to answer our phone calls but rather emailed us saying it was double booked that we were SOL. We had booked the home months in advance and had been checking in with them through Airbnb the weeks leading up to our trip. NEVER book a rental with this group!

In regards the the response on this review: that’s funny because we had a confirmation code and Airbnb chat messages from Terri confirming our reservation. We even spoke with this company three days prior to confirm our reservation. We were told to check in at 4 pm and that we would be messaged an entry code. In response to your attempts at finding us an EQUAL and appropriate rental. A camper is not equivalent to a 5 bedroom house with a roof deck. Also covering only one room for one night at a hotel we had to book last minute is not professional nor accommodating for eight women who need at the least two rooms.

If I can rate this place 0/5 stars I would. My friends had booked their San Luis Obispo townhouse for my Bachelorette party through airbnb, come to find out that they had double booked the place. We had people fly in from Alabama and drive 3 hours for this event. What made it worst was that we didn’t find out the place was double booked until the day of our arrival, when we were 30 minutes away from the place. This left 8 women stranded with no place to stay. When we contacted the host, Terri, she said “sometimes this happen. ” This should never happen. You should be professional enough to keep up with your business if you are going to post it in two different websites. To top off this already horrible day, there was no hotel available in the area that can accommodate for 8 women and the length of days we were there. They said they would find a place equivalent to the place we previously booked. You know what they were willing to give us? A CAMPER!? This was very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience! I would not recommend booking with this company ever! Also from the looks of other comments this is not the first time. Please learn to better manage your business and stop wasting people’s time and money. Thank you for ruining a weekend that was meant to be fun and full of wonderful memories!

The Operations Lead at Seven Sisters called a towing company and had my car towed ($350) when I was getting a massage across the street. I had rented the condo all week adjacent to the parking spot - was never warned - there are NO SIGNS anywhere stating “No Parking” or “Parking for Seven Sisters Tenants a only” - or any signage stating that the two spots belong to Seven Sisters. I received no warning. My daughter cried thinking our car got stolen!

My husband and I rented a house from Seven Sisters and we agreed, it may be the nicest house we've ever rented. The house was well appointed and immaculate. We corresponded a fair amount with Terri and some of the other nice people who work there and we found them to be thorough and very professional. We look forward to future stays in a Seven Sisters property.

This company double booked their rental at 359 Stimson Ave. Pismo Beach. They have their own website as well as listing on Airbnb. They cancelled my Airbnb reservation due to their error with less than 24 hours notice to my party of 6 adults. We have lost precious time off from our vacation waiting for Terri or Ryann at "sevensvr" to right their wrong. After dragging us along for over 24 hours they now say they do not have anything else to offer us. Their website shows at least 2 units that would have been sufficient for us. DO NOT rent from this company, they care only about their profits and not about their customer.

This company is many things but professional, responsive and kind are none of them. We had booked a site w/ them through Air BnB only to find out less than 24 hours before hand (after attempts contacting/calling Terri - the so called boss w/ a few questions) that in fact they had double booked us. The day before we leave for vacation we again call the company and get told that some how this was incorrectly booked (blaming Air B&B) and that we would need to talk to Air B&B. No accountability or offer of any type of solution. We proceed to talk to Air B&B as we wait several hours for a response from Terri who is on vacation, only to find out from Air B&B that 7 sisters has now canceled the reservation. We still get no phone call, no apology and certainly no attempt to make the mismanagement of this right.

Low and behold - they suddenly get a location that is open and quickly offer us to book it - of course, it is hundreds of dollars more a night. God forbid they are courteous and understanding of this and offer us the same rate (for basically the same or in my opinion lesser accommodations). When I propose to Ryann (the "supervisor" who then later tells me she isn't really) - she says she has to ask her boss (Terri), hangs up, and sends a cryptic email that they have no places available (a lie as they had been "holding" the more expensive spot) for us. This is a bold lie and it is shame that companies like this exist.

On the happy end of this story - we have now booked through a new rental company who is accommodating, kind, and even allowing us an early check in seeing as our vacation has now been delayed a full 24 hours - all in thanks to the terrible poor management and poor response times of the 7 sisters company.

Do yourselves a favor and do NOT use this company. Of note, I NEVER write negative reviews - I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt and understand we are all human. They did not act like or treat us like humans - only like $$$ signs: (

Never rent from this property management company. They will do false accusations to get more money from you once you rent. They act kind and nice till you book. We paid almost $2000 for 2 nights for a property which cause only $271 per night on regular nights and then again now they are trying to get more money from you by doing false accusations. By all means avoid this company.

Update: Airbnb reviewed 7 sisters claim and rejected it. So we didn’t have to pay anything extra, but still it was emotionally bad experience.
