What an amazing place Seventh and G apartments was. It was truly sad to leave. Nothing but a positive experience all around. The appearance of the facility was great at all times. It’s the perfect spot to live to experience down town San Diego. The staff were very helpful and caring at all times. Noise complaints were always handled with upmost haste. All facilities related issues were handled same day or the next at the most. I couldn’t thank the staff more for their help, kindness and great customer service. Laura and Eric are amazing!

Eric was so helpful while I was helping my friend move. He made sure everything was taken care of & helped us very much when she was on a time crunch. I would recommend asking for Eric with any questions!

I have had the best experience with 7th and G than I have ever with an apartment complex. Eric was THE best with working with my schedule and getting me set up with absolutely everything I needed. He went above and beyond what he needed to help. I was moving to California from Italy and the time difference was a little difficult to get set up but Eric did his best to accomandate what I needed and well as when I needed to move in. I was driving across country and wasn’t going to make the time to get my keys and Eric did everything possible to ensure I moved into my apartment that night and not staying in another hotel! Overall 7th and G has been an amazing experience for me.

Prior to 7th and G, I had lived in the suburbs for years. Due to a new job, I decided to move to downtown San Diego. City living isn't for everyone, and I certainly didn't think it was for me. Having a platform loft studio with a balcony here definitely makes me feel like I am living my best life. It does get loud on weekends, but that is expected when moving to anywhere this close to night life. Being walking distance to everything is something I would recommend everybody experience at least once in your life. All of the staff here at 7andG are incredibly nice, and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Special recognition to Eric Lindsey (leasing agent) and Greg (maintenance) for making the experience living here so great. The apartments are all very well insulated, so you don't really hear your neighbors at all. Residents here tend to be young professionals. I wish I lived here right after college; better late than never! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Eric at 7th and G is a lifesaver. He went the extra mile to calm a mother 1897 miles away. I am so glad my daughter selected 7th and G. I feel like the staff really cares about their "families". Again thank you Eric!

My husband and I started our journey with 7th & G with a friend, dual-leasing a two bedroom. We loved the experience so much that when we moved out of our dual lease, we got our own apartment within 7th & G! The staff was so helpful the entirety of out stay; Lara and Eric at the front office always answered our questions and were always willing to help, and maintenance was quick with any work orders we had. I never felt the place was dirty or unkept, the stairwells and elevators were always clean, and the atmosphere only improved with socially-distanced events in the courtyard and/or sponsored coupons to or from local restaurants and gyms. We loved our stay at 7th and G, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, quiet community in Downtown San Diego.

My experience with the 7th and G staff has been wonderful. The amount of courtesy and respect that was offered to me during my stay left a deep impression of what can be expected from excellent service and community living. During my time at 7th and G I was in a pretty stressful job and whenever I would come to 7th and G I knew I could leave all my troubles at work and unwind. The variety of community run programs provided an outlet for me. The wine and paint that was offered last year was amazing having the time to enjoy wine and creativity at the same time. It also let me meet some of my neighbors who lived in the community. Especially those who lived on my floor, exposing me to the people who lived near me. I can not say I became friends with them knowing the faces in my apartment helped make me comfortable with my neighbors.

The amount of knowledge and consideration that the staff at 7th and G had shown me when I was moving in and moving out really left a positive outlook on my stay. When moving in they clearly outlined the items required for me to move in and when I had to cut my lease early due to military orders it provided me with ease in knowing everything would be handled both professionally and efficiently. The expedience of the process was great, with each step clearly outlined to me and what was expected in return.

In all I highly recommend this apartment complex and if the same people who worked here are still managing the apartment then I can say with certainty that you are in good hands.

Outdoor grilling and cute urban lofts. Great views from their gym too (you can watch the Padre’s fireworks in the summer while working out).
