Sew much the better, Berkeley CA

Do not waste your money here if you’re getting something refit. Use that money to buy a cheap sewing machine and do a better job then they did. It is actually incredibly easy to sew as I recently found out and to undue and re sew the seams of pants.

The lines of the pants I had tailored were very wonkey and they didn’t even fit my legs I had to cut them open myself to get them to re fit.

The main problem was that she didn’t actually do any on body measurements but instead used a pair of my jeans to go off of but they were a different shape and material and length so that was kind of useless. I had to cut off the bottom 3 inches of my jeans because they couldn’t go over my heel. I then just frayed the edge. This did not save time and if I had altered it while on my body and just watched Netflix or listened to an audiobook or music I wouldn’t have felt like I wasted my time and money.

It cost quiet a bit and was totally worthless.

Without getting into the details I felt pretty condescended to about getting a garment repaired. I ended up going somewhere else (Advanced European) and getting kind professional service with no problems for less than half of what Wendy wanted to charge. Your mileage may vary.
