They are straight up scammers since the sign at the front doesn’t show this
Elevators on the north side don't work. Public parking is 3 levels down.
Parked at 7 on a Friday night and didn't get back until 10: 15. Place closed at 10. Not open on Sundays. Had to come back Monday morning at 6am. They charged 2 overnights despite not being open! $60 charge. Avoid this rip off place.
This is for small vehicles only.no trucks no SUV's the signs are not obvious. We were going in here, it is not open all night which is stupid because there are no attendants there during the day!
After being sent away rudely somewhere else where we had booked a spot, we stumbled upon this garage by chance. It was already pretty full but a very friendly employee calmly explained that they offered valet service and that we could leave the keys with them. We felt a bit uneasy about that since we had never used such a service before but decided to take the plunge. Collected our car the same night and were again greeted by a very friendly employee who helped us with the payment (22 dollars for the whole day) and told us right where our car was. It turned out that it was parked very neatly in a good spot and didn’t have any damage whatsoever. We were very satisfied with the service offered and will use this garage again in the future.
