THE SAFEWAY HAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS SALESPEOPLE. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND ONE OF THEM OR EVEN ANOTHER SHOPPER WILL ALWAYS HELP WHEN I CANT REACH SOMETHING OR MAYBE IF I CANT FIND IT. A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE IF I DO SAY SO MY FRIENDS

Best place to buy fresh fish. My girlfriend loves this place for vegetables.
This last time we got the roasted duck from the vendor. It was very good

Great Asian store if you're looking for Asian vegetables, fresh produce, kitchen wares, canned food and all kinds of drinks and many many more.

Always loved this place as a child and til now. To bad they don't have as much jewelry as they used to. But the food area is great! The selection and variety they have is awesome! Just that it's hard to find workers that I can communicate with and get help most the time.

First come first served in seafood dept is the problem, people come last claim to be the first. Store should provide number, but if don't want to spend money on the number put up a sign where customers is to get in line,

This place is so dirty. The people are so slow. I came to buy crab the guys kept on ignoring me and gave me crabs with missing claws.
I will be reporting the store standards to California state and consumers affairs.

My aunt wants five pounds of chicken wing from the meat department, but they have her five wings. We wanted a rice cooker and asked for three people to help us get it but they didn’t speak English and couldn’t not communicate with us about what to do. My sister took a picture the rice cookers in the back and we went to ask the cashier. The cashier brought up the one we wanted but it was too expensive so we asked for the other color instead. The cashier said they didn’t have the one we wanted. We showed her the picture of the rice cooker that we took in their store. She asked us where it was, like really you work here you should know where it is. As a person that works retail and has customer service experience you should be going to get the items for your customers. It was my first time there and probably my last time there.

Customer services are nonexistent at this store. I had a question no one want to be bother so I had walk out without a purchase. They don't seem to care for Anyone business & it smells horrible.

Lots of great stuff here! Definitely check it out. Not a lot of customer service, buts that’s how it usually is in supermarkets anyways.

It's a hit or miss for the quality of fruits and vegetables. We only buy when there's something good, or we need something. 99 Ranch has a better selection with similar pricing.

Store is always nicely stocked for all your needs. Store is clean and very busy. Live crab and fish available. Masks are required.

It was nice and the floor was clean what a surprise and the vegetables section or area will organized. Thank you SF for a very nice improvement.

Some of the rudest people. When you buy live crab its hard to get help. And all of a sudden nobody speaks English. Poor customer service. Been like this for years. I just go here to buy live dungeness crab thats it.

This supermarket offers you a wide variety of goods. It has imported goods and you can try the snacks from other countries here. They also enforce the safety guidelines for covid so you can safely shop here. Great service as well.

I drove 40 min to grab a crab and they didn’t have any i tried asking a worker that was near the seafood area they ignored me while i asked like 3 times.service was ridiculous they didn’t tell me when they had crabs or anything.
