SFMTA - North Beach Garage reviews
15Great views from the top floor. Like any other SF garage, it's got tight/narrow parking spots and driveways. Also, it feels safe given that it's directly across from a police station.
Fair price. Easy in, easy out. Well lit. Clean. Right next to the police station. What else could you ask for?
Reasonable pricing very nicely kept, well lighted.love the colors in the levels.easy to remember where I parked. Convenient payment options
The parking is located next to Chinatown. Easy to access and relatively safe as it’s located in front of a police station.
Small but adequate spaces. Minor issue with the ticket reader but attendant came right out.
I can’t complain. Parked my car here for about 9 hours and paid $30. The neighborhood is borderline Chinatown and Little Italy. The building is literally in front of the police station and there are even police cars parked in front of this parking garage. I felt safe the whole time and never saw any homeless or other sketchy people in the parking lot or around the area. Yes, it’s cramped and tight in there but not difficult to make it work. If you arrive during the day and go all the way to the top you’ll get nice views of the surrounding area. 10/10 would recommend.
Very nice parking garage. Best price in the district. The written notations at each parking spot are amusing!
My go to garage for Parking in north beach.
Rates are similar to other places. Feels more secure
Decent prices but super super narrow. In the ramps up and down you can see where past cars have been scraped on the sides, which made me anxious both entering and leaving. The sayings on the ground were cute though
Well maintained parking garage. The charges are clearly mentioned at the entrance. It around $5 to $7 for an hour. Very affordable if you are in the area to grab a bite or just walk around and do some shopping. The alleyways are wide enough to fit a sedan comfortably.
They have elevators and accessible parking is on the first floor and a few spots on higher floors as well. There's a quote written for every parking space like a fortune cookie that bring a smile.
Process: Get a ticket when you enter. When you are about to leave there are 3 machines that accept payment via cash and debit or credit cards. Just insert the ticket and it'll calculate the amount for you to pay. Remember to collect the ticket before you leave this machine. Insert the ticket at the machine while exiting.
Great parking price and they still have several available space. It is a decent walking distance to several restaurants.
Absolutely beat garage we’ve ever parked in. Big truck parking on top revealed the best view in town! Bonus- police station on the ground floor.
Great, centrally located parking garage in North Beach. The fortune statements on each parking spot make you smile.
Clean garage with cute sayings in each parking stall. The garage is right across the street from a police station, so we felt safe leaving our car here for a few hours while exploring the city. Would park here again on another visit to SF.
Clean, modern garage very close to both Chinatown an North Beach. It is VERY narrow. I love how they have sayings on the ground for each parking spot.
