The Elk Grove team was fantastic from the time we first stepped into the store all the way through installation. The staff members at the Elk Grove location are wonderful (Mel and Maria where the best!). They helped me make updates to my initial order as the needs of my project changed. Every time I called or visitied, they were nothing short of warm, welcoming, and helpful. All in all, working with S & G was a great experience.

We purchased hardwood and carpet from S&G in Elk Grove, and couldn't be happier with the product or their service. From our sales person, Courtney Minter, to the installers, to the customer service afterwards, it has been an exceptional experience. Courtney worked extremely hard to find us the right product, that was in stock. We were on a tight time line, and a lot of stock right now is not immediately available. She gave us a good selection to choose from, that could be immediately shipped.
The installers were very respectful to our home, made sure we had the right color grout to match the 25 year old grout that was there, were timely, and left the work site clean. The base board cuts that they did were so tight, no caulk was needed.
Customer service followed up after the install. There were a couple of things that we didn't foresee, like the pedestal for the sink not fitting, since the wood was thicker than the old wood that was there. They are able to come out within a couple to days to fix the issue. I have every confidence that this too will be done to perfection.
