S&G Carpet and More Rocklin

The installers were on time. They did their work promptly and on my walk thru, I found no problem. All the corners fit, no open seams and the baseboard looked great. This is the third time I've used them for one of my rentals. After have nightmares worth two local big box companies I'll never use any other flooring company.

A great experience with Trixie and her team. After telling her what I was looking for, she made a few suggestions that worked wonderfully for me. Pricing was great and I was able to get the carpet installed in the timeframe I needed. Highly recommend S&G Carpet and Trixie.

I recently purchased laminate flooring and carpet from S&G Carpet. I was very happy with the selection of choices I had and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and pointed out the features of the various flooring. I was given a very good price! Yay! The installation happened on time and on the scheduled days. The installers did a very good job. From time to time when there was an issue they asked me my preference. They cleaned up after themselves and even stayed late so they could finish the project on the final day. I am very happy with the product and the service and the installation. Best place to buy flooring is S&G Carpet in Rocklin! I would definitely use this company again!

Nightmare! Install actually happened a week after they said it would. Then it wasn't finished and I had call ask when it would be completed. BTW, I had to repaint 50% of my baseboards, two had huge slices and 4 door frames and two 2 doors after the damage the installers did. Then I had to call customer support 4 more times to get them to come out and complete the job a week later.

We were most pleased with the quality of the flooring and the installation done by S&G on our two bathrooms. The work was done in a timely manner and the end result is very satisfactory job. We would highly recommend S&G for flooring and installation!

Very positive experience from start to finish. Lot's of help selecting new flooring options, plus in home measurements and a detailed summary of costs and installation details. The floor installer, Sal, is truly a master craftsman and did an excellent job installing our new vinyl kitchen floor.

We replaced carpet for two bedrooms. Sales team gave us a great deal. We are very pleased with the installation.

Our sales consultant Jeff, was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Never having any experience with this type of flooring, he answered all of our questions and detailed how the procedure would work and what we could expect. He suggested we come to the store to see what an 8 X 8 sample of our flooring would look like. This was very valuable as when we got there we changed the color that we saw from the small sample we selected to a lighter version of the same flooring.

Installers Matt and Ethan were outstanding. Matt informed us every day what was going to take place that day. They moved furniture, covered it all and made sure the 4 days of the install went well. They were a delight to work with.

The S & G carpet guys were efficient and knowledgeable in stretching our existing carpet and did a very good job.

All in all, it was a pleasure to deal with S & G from start to finish. Should we ever need additional flooring, we will definitely be return customers.

Unlike other competitors, I was immediately greeted and assisted upon entry. As a first time homeowner, the carpet installation process was rather foreign to me, but the team not only thoroughly explained all aspects to me, they were even able to get me a discounted price! The actual installation was scheduled shortly after purchase and ended up being fully completed in under a day no less. I am impressed with both the quality of the product and the speed in which it was finished. I feel confident in recommending S&G and will be using them moving forward should the need arise!

They are so nice and helpful. Beautiful selection of flooring. You can check out large samples and take them home to see how it will look where you want it and dont have to guess what it will look like. We have an in home estimate appointment soon.

S & G did an excellent job replacing my floor and I was surprised they did the whole job in one day (about nine hrs.). I sure will use them again in the near future.
