1 Very disappointing. Kevin is the worst.
Drove by the business and inquired via phone. At first Kevin was great. Scheduled an in-home consultation. Everything was smooth. I wanted about 7 windows and 2 doors. Promised an estimate the following Wednesday, and nothing. Gave him a call and was told he was working on it and that was last I heard. I texted him that Friday and no response.
Sent an email and no reply.
Tried to follow up the next week and no response. Just beyond irritating. It’s now been a month.
Was giving a small business a chance and got ghosted which was odd. It was for sure a $10,000 job so I am surprised he would act in such a way. Left this ordeal feeling like it was age discrimination. I wanted a lot of work done that was going to run the bill up, but was excited for it as a young homeowner looking to make renovations. Seemed extremely knowledgeable but a Poor professional.
