He quickly cleaned out all blockages in our drains and provided great recommendations on how we can resolve the issue we are having.

Called for a repair for an aging washing machine. I was appreciative that, based on the symptoms I described over the phone, it was probably not worth repairing instead of charging me for a service call. I would definitely consider Sherman Oaks Appliance in the future.

Very impressed with the work performed by Andrei. Called him about our clothes dryer not producing heat. Was here the next day. Our gas dryer was so full of lint and debris, we are lucky to not have had a fire. Andrei quickly diagnosed. He cleaned and serviced our dryer - good as new. I highly recommend Andrei. Also, very nice to call and speak with the person (Andrei) who actually came out and did the service. Clear communication. Pricing affordable and fair.

Called on a Sunday noon since the washer stop working properly the day before. Andrei came and responded immediately within an hour. We had a washer that mysteriously stopped draining. Andrei came that day, diagnosed the problem and finished very quickly for a good price. He was able to take apart the drain pump and found what was jamming it (a bobby pin). Quick, thorough, and good price.
