With one phone call I was able to get the correct awning cover for our motorhome. These folks were great and we had our awning very quickly and packaged well. I plan on purchasing the 4 slide covers to match from Shade pro next year to have a complete new look. The price was terrific for a 19 foot awning. I don’t think I could have done better elsewhere! We received the shades to replace pleated shades in our Jayco RV in less than a week. Great quality and easy to install. We love them!

Product was easy to use, and very easy to take down as well… Highly recommend. The price is so much better than the competitors as well, but the quality is excellent.

Awning cover came in timely manner as promised. Awning cover fit as designed did have to remove led light strip because old awning was designed for led light strip to fit in rail with awning. Will have to modify led light strip and use 3m double stick tape designed for putting automotive bodyside panels on vehicles.

Very quality awning, my husband and I installed it ourselves. Little tricky, but had nothing to do with the awning and more to do with the spring in out power awning! Fast delivery and customer service was very helpful when I hadn't received a confirmation email. Would definitely use them again, if I want to replace an awning by myself. But may just bring it to a dealer too!

Very happy with our ShadePro blinds. The fit was perfect, easy to install. They have made our 2007 Simba look more updated and modern. They help with the heat during the day and provide complete privacy in the evenings.

I think they are unprofessional and untrustworthy! I placed an order and set an install date 10 days out. When i did that, I asked the installer to call me, because I had some questions. The installer never called me even though I called over and over and over day after day. The day before my install day, they told me that they canceled the install date because the installer never called me. Even though i called day after day, no one informed me that they canceled the install date until the day before. I was livid. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication at Shadepro is unbelievable. Then they sent out a manager to give me another estimate and answer my questions. When he arrived, he hid the prices from me and he acted like he was trying to trick me and cheat me. I didn't trust him. When I asked to see the prices he would try to intimidate me instead of showing me the prices. He then claimed that it was worth $150 more than his orginal quote. Even though his original quote didn't have any discounts. I guess he forgot what he originally quoted me. So it looks as if they don't have fixed prices -that is why he wasn't able to remember the prices he gave me. Very shady! I don't trust people who don't have fixed prices. I think he really thought he was going to cheat me and trick me after they did all those other things to me! SO CRAZY! Obviously, his installer not calling me and them not communicating with me properly and canceling the install date without notice was no big deal to them. Even though it was a big deal to me. They didn't even try to give me a discount that I could trust, even though they had treated me very badly and I deserved a discount. Well, I won't do business with such unprofessional and untrustworthy people.

Great product and great service. Unfortunately I have not had the chance to install it yet. Waiting for my son to help me. But it looks like it will work well and last.

Received my new awning which arrived in just a couple of days. Surprised by how easy it was to install, We followed a video from YouTube. Awning works great! Customer service was great and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Work was done in record time and did not need me there. Came and found me when it was time to pay the bill. Would definitely use you again.
