Grace was very responsive, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to work with. While I originally had one idea for drapes in the bedroom, she provided advice and input, helping me choose a better option that suits my space. Installation was a breeze, and I LOVE our new curtains. My only regret is that I didn’t contact her sooner!

Grace has done two installations for me so far and both installations have been great. She has a wide variety of shades to choose from and is prompt in installation. The shades material are good quality and are durable.

I will be coming back to Shades LA for any future installations needed.

They made a complex job feel so simple. They really listened to what we wanted and helped narrow down choices. We ended up with exactly what we envisioned and it cost less than we expected. Very high quality and service for the price compared to everything else I looked into. We will absolutely call Shades LA again.
