Worked well with Smore, who was nervous as this was the first time for her.

Everything went very well. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctor explained everything in detail to me. I'm really I was able to find them. My other vet was unable to take us same day but this clinic takes walk-ins. I'm pretty happy about that.

Gyan the receptionist is unprofessional and is causing Shadow hills pet clinic to lose clients and causing pets not to get care she gave me an appointment for Friday at 2: 45 and then put me on hold and then hang up I called back and when I started asking for her name she wouldn't give it to me and then she put me on hold and got back on the phone and I asked her who am I speaking with and after she said her name she said that they're not accepting new clients which is a lie she doesn't own the business Dr Mohan owns it and I'm going to speak with him when he comes back to town I think
Dr Mohan you should hire more professional people that represent Shadow hills pet clinic that receptionist has a horrible attitude

Dr Mohan and his nurse were really nice. Took my dog Toby for some check ups and problems, they run some test and after couple of day Dr Mohan called me and explained the result, when I had questions he listened and again explained to me everything. So happy to find this place, nurses are super helpful and nice. Thank you shadowhills clinic.

We have been going to shadow hills pet clinic for almost 6 years. Both Doctors and staff are very nice and welcoming. Our boston terrier dosent like going to the vest but when we go in they are very understanding and friendly. Thank you shadow hills pet clinic for your great service. I have 4 dogs and a cat, this is one of the best vet clinics I've ever used. They take the time to explain everything to you and answer your questions and they are reasonably priced. I travel 30 minutes to get there and it is more than worth it, the staff and vets are great>

They’ve always taken care of my fur baby Mars here so well. They have successfully done 2 surgeries for my dog here and I’ve found they they are also very reasonable priced.

We have always trusted Shadow Hills Pet Clinic with our dogs for over a decade and this veterinary clinic has always provided our pets with excellent care. We recently had our French Bulldog spayed and the recovery process has been very successful. The follow ups with the vets were great and they always answered all of our questions. Honestly we feel that this clinic is the only clinic in the 10 mile radius that does not overcharge for services.

A lot of vets really try to gouge you for as much money as possible. We've always felt Shadow Hills is always honest and fair with price and what they feel is necessary. Definitely recommend!

I've brought cats to this clinic for 29 years. This is a private veterinary practice in the San Fernando Valley area where you can get personal attention and care for pets. That's something that is increasingly rare in these days of corporations buying out private clinics and converting them to chain operations that work by a set script to maximize profits. Both of these vets will work with you and listen to you to do what's best for your pet. Of course, it's a process, as they have to get to know you and you them, but they are both good, kind vets. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they sometimes want to refer you to the big vet hospitals instead of taking on a challenging case. That's a problem in vet medicine everywhere these days. The long-time vets don't like the commercial chains, but yet they take advantage of the chains to refer difficult cases. Most of the time, however, your pets will get only the best of care here, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to shadow hills pet clinic for thirty years! My very first dog was first seen as a puppy, and made it to 18 years old with the help of Dr. Mohann. My most recent two have been under the care of Dr. Mohann and Dr. Prabhakar for the past twelve.

This is a family owned clinic and it isn’t even in my area anymore. I will travel for them because I trust them so much. In the time of corporate vets and franchise pet hospitals, it is so wonderful to have a clinic that is owned by a family and operated by pet lovers in our community.

The two doctors here really know what they’re doing, but they also know when the treatment needed is beyond their scope. They have referred me out to incredible specialists, but they have cared for my animals, thoroughly and thoughtfully. They are also very reasonably priced and we all know what that means during this time.

Love them. Can’t say enough!
