Shadow Hills RV Resort reviews
15We're doing a tour of America with the RV and have been here for 2 days now. We can only recommend it, nice place, large pool with whirlpool, clean and great service and lovely employees who even come to the pool with free cold water because it's so warm All in all a perfect experience, as I said, I can only recommend it if you are in this area you should definitely take a break here
AC BROKE RIGHT BEFORE MY HUGE PARTY AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. I HAD TO RENT MY OWN LARGE COOLER FANS! STAFF DID NOT PAY FOR ANY TYPE OF COOLING IN 120 DEGREE WEATHER. OUR PARTY WAS RUINED
Very nice RV park! Great pool to cool off at 113°F outside! Very clean restrooms and showers!
Love this RV Resort. Family and Pet friendly. The only issue is that they don't have anyone regulating after hours noise. Stayed here 3x and there always loud drunk people who don't respect others. We have complained but nothing has changed
It's a descent spot but apparently the A/C broke in the middle of a huge heat wave of about 119 during this beautiful party we were invited too a few nights before but management didn't fix the problem. So the host ended up having to bring in their own fans to try to keep the guests cool. NOT cool on management end! I'm all about customer service so I give them a big 2 thumbs down
A beautiful campsite, clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, there are also many snakes and scorpions in addition to the campers. We were not warned about this when we checked in, although it is known.
Very easy to get to and into the park from I-10. Check in was easy, they were waiting for us and we were the last reservations there. The site that they had reserved for us was far to small for our rig, even though during the reservation process we put in our rig size. It wasn't a big problem this trip because they had an open spot that was big e ought but seeing that would make it a point to call and make sure the spot was big enough for our rig. We would definitely stay here again.
We went to the RV park. Looked fine and the reception staff were very friendly. Beautiful RV sites with plenty of room for your RV. With beautiful flowering oleanders.
We are doing our first cross- country trip, and Shadow Hill RV Resort is by far one of the best. It's clean, well maintained, simply just beautiful in a gated community so it is very safe. Nice landscaping, beautiful flowers and tree. It has hot tub, pool, library, tv room, gym, and 2 laundry rooms. I'm most impressed with their women's bathrooms & showers: security codeon the entrance, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner with plenty of hooks for towels and clothes and clean shower curtain.
Did a last minute booking and discovered that this was a great place with nice clean shower stall and restrooms. Stayed here for a night only and so didn’t get to use the other amenities such as the pool. Getting coffee/tea in the morning was a nice touch. Hope to revisit this place again and stay longer in future.
One of the Best rv Parks we have stayed during our 3 weeks trip from denver to LA. Big pool, Beautiful surrounding. We highly recommend this place.
We stayed here for 10 days just after Stagecoach ended. It was an incredible experience. The grounds were well manicured (although there was definitely trash left over from all the concert goers, they were prompt in getting it cleaned up) The space we had was a grass spot by the lake which was nice and large. Every morning we were visited by the ducks that live there which are adorable, and they offer food to feed them as well. The pool and jacuzzi were probably the cleanest that I have ever witnessed. The wind was a bit crazy while we were there, so the dust was a bit of an issue but that’s not in their control. Finally the staff were super nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!
Spa pool exercise room library meeting room fire pit pond just beautiful and peaceful here
It's a beautiful and fun resort. I stayed for Stagecoach weekend. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The night time employee Chris was hands down the BEST and very helpful. There was a another employee helping him when I checked in, but forgot her name she was the BEST as well. My friend and I had so much fun at the pool parties, listening to live music.
Booked here for weekend 2 of Coachella. As someone who is not really a camper, I was kind of nervous but everything was great! I love that the grounds were very clean, safe, spacious and surprisingly peaceful/quiet. The staff is all around very helpful, accommodating and nice! Shoutout to Judy!
