1Car recently got towed from "visitor" parking. I'm not on the lease. After being towed, my GF was told she needed a parking placard for "visitors". We reached out to the owner, he said he didn't have a clue about that and now refuses to reimburse. I've missed a whole days worth of work and $315 for tow fees. I did not receive a warning nor did my GF. I was parked for 3.5 hours before it got towed. According to laws, you need to be informed of "illegal" parking within 96 hours of doing so. Place is super small and landlord refuses to fix anything. Good place to live? I wouldn't recommend it. Now my GF is choosing to move within 30 days all because of this mishap. The landlord would rather lose $2400 a month rather than pay a $315 tow fee. It's pathetic
