2 I saw someone here die of Pneumonia. I was 11 and i went here with Pine Ridge school; but all of us got food poisoning. This was 2019, but still it was strange. We had five minutes to take showers and the girls were seperated. Needless to say i felt cold and we only got one blanket. When i woke up to see that girl vomiting and dying i could only imagine how scary that would be. 3/10 wouldn't go here again. Thanks but no thanks!
By the way Shady Creek, I am not confusing it with another school. It was Pine Ridge Elementary school from our money we got from the 2018 fire AND OUR WHOLE CLASS GOT FOOD POISONING. I am not up for that excuse. Sorry if this is me being rude but I am being honest.
I went here for a week for my 6th grade trip. As soon as the bus pulled in I knew it would be a long week. The cabins were tiny, and I understand they don’t have unlimited money to spend on them, but it was very little space to fit 7 kids plus a counselor. Nobody could sleep because anytime someone on the top bunk moved the bed squeaked loudly. My friend who was in my cabin got food poisoning on the second night and vomited everywhere. Some of the staff was rude and disrespectful and purposely put the students in uncomfortable situations. They made us hike for 6+ hours a day in the rain and 35 degree weather. Also the food was vile and the servings were way too small. I went to bed hungry every night and I was so happy to be going home on the last day. Don’t waste your money on this
