I was very impressed with how quickly he responded, was able to schedule my non-urgent appointment in a little more than 24 hours, He showed up on time, made the repairs quickly at a good price. He also reinstalled a soap dispenser at no charge. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly guy. Especially appreciate the automated confirmations and electronic invoice following the service. When my toilet started leaking around the base I called Jeff. One of the bolts was rusted out and he replaced them and put in a new wax seal and the problem was solved.

Contacted Shaffer Plumbing about a very noisy water heater on 3/16/23. They were able to come out the same day and walk me through the issue and repair it. Kept me informed regarding ETA via text. Very professional. Jeff is a great guy. Next time I have an issue, I will call them again.
