Money in our account in less than 4 weeks after my first call. With most of the paperwork done while my partner and I were in Lisbon, Portugal. So I am highly motivated, kind of obsessive, and a little impatient when I decide that I want something, like deciding to sell our house and move to Portugal. He came up with a game plan that saw the most profitable deal we could have hoped for, negotiated extra free time in the home after closing so we could move out without stress, and helped maintain the timeline through some hiccups on the buyers side. Brenna helped us stage our property to give it the best impression while beautifully advertising the property in a way that almost made us second guess selling it. Dani got to give us all the good news like when we received offers, escrow, contingency removal, etc. So obviously Dani is the best. Finally, Erika kept us on point with all the logistical things that you easily forget when moving out because you're usually just consumed by that. I was able to ask anyone anything at any time and they were always happy to help. Even after the process has finished David has kept in touch to see how our overseas journey is going and still answers my random real estate questions whenever I text him. I never write reviews for anything so I hope this gives you the added conviction you needed to commit.
