I have very bad experience with Shahrzad agency
This agency it's scam

The agency is very bad, they took the money from me for the big seat, they gave me a normal seat, and they cut off my phone

Horrible experience with this travel agency and in particular Ms. Shahrzad herself. Customer service and professionality is a none existing and she is completely out of touch with booking system, Air fairs and voucher regulations. We were charged $200 for an Air Fair voucher to be used at the airport for extra Luggage piece which turned out to be not honored by the Airline at all! When we tried to get a reimbursement, she denied the charges and referred us to the Airline. (Process still pending after 10 days) I believe as a travel agency, the company is responsible for the information and booking procedure from A-Z as they earn commission on every ticket and services offered.
A fact that this particular agency is obviously unaware of.

I have a feeling my review last year was deleted. Giving one star to this agency is just a pity. They don't deserve one at all. The agent started pleasant and sweet. Later on, she got shady and made up a new policy every time to extort VICTIMS financially. If you would ask a question or any inquiry, she would snap and yell at you. I got a better deal with ORBITZ. Thankfully, my bank was able to work with the airlines. I got my money back. My only suggestion for future victims, RUN!

Very poor customer service. The owner is pushing for her way and she complains about not having enough support and employees to help. They don't have time to find you the best deal and with the very first thing that pops up online they booked an expensive and overpriced non refundable ticket. I could have done a better service myself with a better deal and better seats. I will never book with them again. I mean they are not updated with the current customer service and not tech savvy.

Bad attitude, horrible customer service and extremely rude to her employees. Ms. Shahrzad needs to take a seat and think really hard about how she could manage her business better. There’s a reason why her rating is low. I’ve been yelled at by her because she couldn’t juggle phone calls, customer complaints, and her business at the same time. I’ve heard other customers get yelled at while I was on hold. At one point she mentioned how she has a lot on her plate since her employees quit.

A nightmare! The worst travel experience I have ever had! This lady changed our tickets without giving any notice! We went to the airport to fly back to the US and go to work the next day, only to find out that we had no seats on that plane! We had to stay two more days and wait for the next flight! This was a few years ago. Bad Bad Agency!
