Pushy grouchy rude impolite youngsters demanding to know your "right" to be in THEIR dinning room.
Only place I have paid to eat at that I NEEDED to use my receipt like a shield!
This isn't the rainbow room in New York kids it's a burger joint!
As a delivery driver, they think checking the order is making sure that the delivery driver has a right to be picking up the food they're picking up because they didn't open anything to make sure that the order was correct.
They again checked my right pick up the food.
I have never seen so many under 25-year-old people so judgy and so rude in one establishment.
The saddest thing is that this post is not going to do anything.the majority of your customers are tourists that don't care.
I'm canceling every delivery order and I'm never giving you guys any of my money at any location your burgers really aren't worth the side of rudeness that they deliver with it.

I ordered to go double shackburger. And there was a long dark hair in the burger. I saw the hair when I already ate half of the burger. During Covid time I think they must be more strict with hygiene of the staff who works with food!

I used to have shake shake all the time, but never again, in their new chicken sandwich you will get an unbelievably dry piece of chicken the size of a chicken nugget and there was waaaay too much honey in some spots, it just sucks.
As for my beloved shack stack now that is ruined forever, the beef patty was soooo thin, I could only taste the mushroom, and the sandwiches just looked really unappetizing. If you need a good chicken sandwich just go to Dave’s hot chicken.

I usually come here on Fridays and Saturdays. Today my hamburger was not well done like I wanted and it just messed up my lunch. The food is good and the customer service is too. I just wasn’t happy with my food today.

Dined in for 3 on 9.3.21. We ordered 2 chick n bites ($14.78), cheese fries ($4.09), and chick n shack ($7.39). Good premium chicken. Everything was fresh and tasty. Expensive but due to location, it was expected. Cheese on fries was just ok.

Everything was over priced. Chicken bites, burger, and fries were all mediocre, and the cashiers are rude. Go to Chik Fila

Did not like, horrible execution, preparation, texture, dryness, and cold, hot dogs also were the worst, dry as the sahara desert, happened to me two times in a row, given up on shake shack

I'm happy to say Shake Shack more than redeemed themselves from yesterday's visit. I had an issue with an undercooked burger. When I called and got assistance from the manager, Jasmine, it didn't seem like the incident was much concern for them or how it inconvenienced me. Well today I went back as directed and instead of getting a refund, I opted to give them another try, since that was just my 2nd visit (the day of the incident). Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and that I was happy. She comped my meal additions and gave me coupons to use for a future visit. She was very apologetic and topped it off with a smile. Thanks Jasmine and Shake Shack! That's how you do service, and honestly u did more than I would've expected. I'll definitely BE BACK!

I love this place. The burgers are fantastic and the shakes are even better because they're made with frozen custard instead of ice cream

Very bad customer service. I ordered pickup through Doordash and I always do so at this location. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The young man who was working pick up at around 5: 30 PM on 5/12 told me I was at the “wrong place” and that the address for Shake Shack isn’t on Hollywood BLVD- as my app had shown. I have ordered pick up from here multiple times, I am aware of the address. He claimed my order wasn’t there and I had pointed to it before because I saw it on the shelf and he said “Oh you said postmates not Doordash”. Please do not blame customers if you cannot pay attention and listen properly. The attitude I received from him was totally unnecessary and I won’t be coming back to this location- it’s not hard to have good manners and pay attention to what customers are saying. I understand it can get busy but this is not an excuse to treat people this way. So disappointing!

Food took too long to come out; cold fries; burger poorly made (it was falling apart) ; the pickles were good, though. Won't return.

Wow! One of the worst dining experience ever! The workers were totally rude and disrespectful! They made rude comments! Sorry but I won’t stand to be treated like that. If you hate your life so bad, find a new line of work!

Different than what I'm use to. I'm not a big fan. I like Fatbuger and In-N-out. That's my style (true Los Angeles). HOT Dogs fried in bacon grease isnt something i like

This place is pathetic. Slow service, inept non caring employees, overpriced food, second only to Wendy's as most overrated burger place.

They got my order wrong twice and the burgers wasn't seasoned, For 25 bucks for three burgers and them not making quality, was a big letdown

Excellent food, covid 19 compliant with outdoor seating. One negative is I never heard them call my name as they called it from the same window as I ordered from. I was told they were going to call my name near the outdoor guest seating.

Horrible organized place. We were waiting almost one hour to take out our order. But the worst part is the food wasn’t even tasty.
We got chicken sandwiches and French fries. Everything was so dry!
The best Shake Shack is in Marina del Rey!

Love this guy! Shake Shack. He works hard and don't go there with your Shake Shack. His lines get long. Shake Shack as is and enjoy the authenticity of his work.

Really loved the rain forest dome as well as the reptile display.the aquarium here is also amazing. They have a museum along with plenty of other exhibitions that could easily keep you busy for the entire day. Love this place! Very beautiful inside and out!
