The food tastes great & the staff is friendly but it's a bit more pricey than most places. Worth it if you're going for taste.

Place makes a mean greaseburger. The Hot Ones sauce came on the side because it's definitely Spicy and it does no one any good for hotsauce poseurs to gripe about their burger being too spicy. The half/half iced tea and lemonade was good too; some places use sweetened tea, which kinda defeats the point.

My cashier Coco was so sweet and so helpful. The manager JoJo is the best. There customer service skills are on point

Not as good as it was when it was initially opened. First time around both the quality and the taste was really great, but not happening anymore, the burger patty is unbelievably thin and overcooked (kinda burnt, since it is think I believe it gets burnt fast). Chicken smells bad like it’s spoiled or is not fresh.
I really hope they can go back the way it used to be.

Was surprised how good the cookie n cream shake was, the fries were done just right- but lacking on the salt side. I liked them for the price of $4. I do wish I had the chance to try more of their food.

For reference: I love milkshakes, i will try a shake at every new place I visit.

The food was absolutely disgusting it was not fresh at all it was like rubber not like the one in Arlington Virginia or Vegas for sure the service sucked to and then you tip for what anyway fries were cold hamburgers were like rubber the shakes weren't even mixed and they were melted it look like we would have gotten food poisoning from everything there for $57 for two burgers two fries and four shakes no way

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Today my partner and I had the worst experience in a "restaurant, " it was anxiety inducing from start to finish as we picked up our food. We waited 40 minutes past our pick up time and as we waited we saw a German roach on the faux marble countertop. I alerted the staff and someone killed it with their hands and immediately went back to work on the line. We finally got our food and we realized that it was sitting uncovered next to where the roach had been. This place is disgusting and they seem overwhelmed. 0/10 would not come back. We wasted an hour and our lunch time here. (⁠ノ⁠｀⁠Д⁠´⁠) ⁠ノ⁠彡⁠┻⁠━⁠┻

Jojo the manager was very personable and made you feel welcomed. I went back 3 times for various items during my meal and he was excited to see me each time Even noticing my Kobe shirt!

Food was absolutely delicious!

I was helped by Alfredo and he gave me great recommendations as it was my first time here.

I ordered the smoked BBQ with chilly pepper burger and it was absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy to perfection.

Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu.

Ordered off the app and it said I would get a text when my order was ready, but I never got a text. I had to go to the counter and provide my name to get my order. The ShackBurger is really good. I love the softness and chewiness of the bun. I added pickles and it gave it a nice tang. I had requested a side of ShackSauce, but it was missing from my order.

Nat was extremely knowledge and helpful with my order. This was my first time trying shake shack and it was a great experience. Definitely will be back again
