Shake Shack Downtown Culver City

Burgers are okay, not worth the hype nor the money. They are very small size of a slider, a bit bigger. Lemonades were water down. Personally I won’t be coming back.

They got my order incorrect as I ordered online and they didn’t give me my cheese sauce (which cost extra) and they almost forgot my drink until I went to the front and asked. I didn’t realize they also didn’t put my sauce in until I got home. Not sure what’s going on with shake shack but the flavor has gone down hill as well.

9/11/23 Editing this review from a 2 star to a 4 star as shake shack reached out to me and offered a resolution. I went back to the shop and they got my order correctly and everything was great.

Worth every penny. The shack burger is everything you want and need in a simple burger. You can really taste the flavor of the beef and cheese together on the burgers here. Every bite is delicious.

Also tried the chicken bites and cheese fries and was very impressed. I usually don’t do cheese fries at burger joints but thought I’d give it a try today. In all honesty I’ll probably only order my fries with cheese here from now on. So good.

Very good food, but even better service. The staff made sure we were taken care of, even offering to bring us different sauces, refills, and clean the table after us. This isn't what we'd normally expect from a burger shop, but they went above and beyond!

I got a burger and a chicken sandwich, both were pretty good. It's not the cheapest burger spot, but is comparable to other places of similar quality, and is frankly cheaper than a lot of the other places in downtown Culver.

I'm happy to see a regular burger chain, and will likely be returning.

Perfect shake shack experience. Henry was our server, and he was perfectly attentive. Beautiful area, as well!

The food was as excellent as Shake Shack always is. The service was also great. Uli was so kind and asked us what condiments we would like with a smile!

Ordered the Smoke Shack and it was delicious! Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my new favorite places in Culver City.

Get this overpriced burger joint out of our neighborhood. The fact that it’s opening up right next door to an Erewhon is proof that Amazon is just trying to gentrify Culver City.

Really impressed by the positive customer service and high quality food options! The store is very beautiful (especially since it’s new and just opened). They have a kiosk type of situation to place your order if you don’t want to order with a cashier. It really gives you the option to take your time ordering and making any customizations you want.

Customer service went above and beyond making sure we didn’t wait to long for our order. And you can see staff members waiting tables, cleaning, serving customers (bringing out food, drinks, extra condiments straight to the table)
