We were there 1/19 on a Friday, it didn't seem busy at all. We ordered from the tablet. The employee that delivered our order to our table was very attentive and sweet.
My boyfriend ordered the Korean BBQ and the Double Golden State burger with a Shake-made lemonade. I ordered the Double Golden State burger, it was so juicy and delicious! With a Sunset Lemonade which was amazing I definitely recommend.

Delicious burgers and quick service, but not cheap. Ketchup is the only condiment available if you get a plain burger; you’d think the would at least have mustard.

I've been wanting to try shake shack since I saw one in L. A. I was not disappointed the burger was Delicious with a soft perfectly steamed bun and the cherry peppers were amazing. My husband shake stack was just as good the fried mushroom burger I'm sure would have been equally as good alone too (which is an option). I loved that the boys could play dinner games while we waited for our food to help keep them entertained while we talked. The person who delivered it for checked back up on us unlike most places that deliver the food and if you need more you got track them down. Over all the experience was great and I highly recommend it.

Best shake shack ever and my favorite burger place. Never ever disappoints in the flavor and quality here. Even if sometime I have to wait a longer time it is worth every min. Good job chefs, burgers are perfectly cooked and juicy. Teach galleria location your secrets.

I usually enjoy Shake shack but not for this time. The bread was cold and undercooked while the meat was extremely hot, making the overall taste weird.

Small mom n pop restaurant. Very nice settings. First time for our family. We had a party of 7 ppl. I was worried they won't have enough room due to the pictures. Well they were able to put 2 tables together to make it fit us.

This is the first time we ate at shake shack. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding and professional. Cannot recommend this establishment more.

The burgers are just a little larger than a freaking slider! They barely give you any fries for $4.89! And they failed to give me the freaking ranch that I paid for ×2! I will not be going back!

Am I going to turn into a burger soon.

Cashier lady was horrible to the point I started asking help from another member of staff. Old/ cold fries. Burger cold. I ordered 1 burger fries and a drink. A couple, then a family of 3 ordered after me and still got their larger orders ahead of me. Right before I was going to ask for a refund the waiter tried to rush.
