Good was great! I had the veggie burger. It would be great if they had vegan cheese as an option for their burgers.

Ate here a few times, and the only good burger was the basic one. Pretty greasy overall. I literally threw up after their shroom burger. Not to mention they made me wait thirty minutes for an online order. Two stars as the people who work here are overall nice.

1. Sundaes? ! My local Shack does NOT have sundaes! 2. Indoor dining was cramped for sure with only a handful of tables; but the outdoor patio was gorgeous and sunny in the evening. Food as expected was delicious!

The cheese for the fries in this one is different from other Shacks and didnt like it. Or I guess they ran out but wasnt as good as the other one. My shack stack here was meh. Again, different flavour. Weird.

The Food was Great hot and fresh! The service was Speedy! With ressonable prices! And our Server Marilyn was Awesome and Very Helpful in Helping us decide! I was searching India Ave for something to eat on a random Thursday night and everything was booked. Shake Shack saved the day and it was just what I needed. Quick, convenient and tasty!

As soon as I stepped inside, Marilyn greeted me with a warm smile. Her friendly demeanor made me feel instantly welcome. Although I hadn't realized it at first, her smile indicated that I could have placed my order myself. Nevertheless, she was more than willing to assist me and guide me towards the perfect selection. She checked on me multiple times throughout my meal, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Overall, I found the spot to be a delightful place to have lunch. Thank you!

The food hear is good the customer service is exceptional. I had someone not packed my order correctly and put the things in the bags I asked for. And the experience with the manager was not all that great who I made my complaint to. But if you're looking for the best hot chicken sandwich this will definitely be the place.

I love coming to this shake shack, they even have a little bit of parking available which is not always the case for downtown San Diego.

Food was incredible! Tastiest beef! My only regret is that we didn’t order more food. They got parking (which is huge) and many options for our picky eaters. We’ll keep coming back!

This place is over priced and over rated.homemade burgers are 10xs better than theirs the cheese on the chili cheese fries are no good

The area Beautiful, the service amazing, my food was kinda dry and there was a lot of flies when i was there which I found kind of annoying but the staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for the food maybe (5-10 minutes) so overall my experience was very good and I would recommend, the shakes are to die for so get those xD

Burger was good, but not as good as the West Hollywood store. Seems it was not made with quite the same level of love. Loved the choc brownie shake.

It was a little busy so service was slow. Also, their app was having some sort of midlife crisis burgers were great. Shake were sweet. Fries were fantastic.

The roadside double was disgusting. There were globs of the Dijon mustard that tasted like a nasty chemical and the malt in my shake was chunky and not blended.really disappointed in this place and definitely won't be going back.

I ordered a Shake Shack burger single, chicken bites and classic shake. You can order at the ordering machine or at the counter. The burger is very fresh overall, you can taste the texture of beef, the cheese sauce is very rich, and the outer bun has a light butter aroma and a soft texture. The chicken nugget part is more like salted crispy chicken, but it is full of flavor and not too greasy to eat. The milkshake part feels a little too sweet but the overall taste is very smooth. There are about five flavors to choose from, which are suitable for Ant-Man to enjoy.
After ordering, the total price including tax is USD 19.90, and normal boys can eat enough
The store is located near Little Italy, the surrounding area is lively and it is also close to the tram station, which is very convenient.
There are outdoor and indoor locations to choose from. The overall dining environment is safe, clean and comfortable. I recommend everyone to visit here.

The vibe inside is great. Cool AC inside for that relief from the summer heat. I love the ordering kiosk. Let's me take my time customizing my order. Food wait is about 7 minutes. Fast and not too long.

Good service. It's unfortunate that they don't have the Buffalo chicken sandwich on their menu anymore.
