There is a server at this location named Brandon and Brandon was amazing! Best service I've had at a Shake Shack!

The burgers are very good and I love the shakes! They're made with real ice cream and the flavors are inventive. Everytime I've been there its been moderately busy to busy. The staff is friendly enough. Parking is free and the amount is adequate. The store is in a strip mall so parking is shared and can be crowded but you'll always find a spot. It's in a great area, just a block off the water in the Marina and there are other good businesses to shop since you're there anyway, like West Marine, Sephora, and White HouseBlack Market.

While this place is clean and all, the food doesn't seems the same as when I went to the new york shake shacks. It doesn't have that same signature taste. Here with the shroom and chicken burger they both seem just salty and thats it.

Do not eat here! The customer service has went down tremendously. Their employees have a terrible attitude. My food was under cooked and if you ask for it to be remade they tell you go somewhere else. None of them have name tags on. They are eating and drinking on the job while they work. It is terrible I do not recommend.

The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. They give out fake names when you want to report them to higher management. The manager Desiree is nice but the General manger Christina Soto is rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. I told her a complaint about one of the workers and she brushed me off and said “I don’t care go to corporate. ” No wonder the employees are rude because they have no real leader to follow after. Extremely disappointed and highly upset. She did not even bother listening to my complaint and basically said it was my fault for the incident. She gave an excuse for the employees to be rude to customers and that is not right.

Buying a chicken sandwich is risky business, sometimes you get an amazing sandwich and sometimes you get a cold, stringy soggy dog. Consistency is everything. This was my first time having chicken sandwiches at Shake Shack and they were awesome! I have had chicken sandwiches everywhere and usually KFC makes the best but these were the best I have ever had and are my new favorite. The classic chicken sandwich was thick and juicy, the pickles were amazing, the bun was perfect. The spicy chicken sandwich with the "Hot Ones" sauce (actually spicy), bacon and cheese was almost a religious experience. These are the most expensive chicken sandwiches in the fast food world (classic $8 spicy $10) but they were totally worth it.
I can’t give advice on anything else they offer because I’m all about those chicken sandwiches.

Shake shack is great on the flavors! A bit pricier in my opinion, but still good.

We stopped by Shake Shack for a quick appetizer (of burgers: P) before we were going to eat at Sugarfish.

Order on the kiosk. We each got a burger and shared a fry. Burgers and fries all taste great! I do still prefer In N Out based on the value, but it is a good change up:)

Food did take a while to come out for no reason. Maybe took close to 20 min in the early afternoon.

I always bring my family here and I have never witnessed something so horrific. My children unfortunately had to hear a employee there call a woman out her name. They were going back and forth and raising there voices. The woman employee was completely out of line and should not be working in that line of work. It was so uncalled for and unprofessional. I have never witnessed a more heinous behavior in my life. I am a teacher and it reminded me of children disrespecting their teachers in class. I had to get my wife and children and leave I will not be returning.

The staff is completely unprofessional. Eating while cooking other people’s food, not welcoming and greeting customers as they come in, and no name tags apparent. I wanted to see who was in charge to discuss and relay my bad experience in the store so I would not have to do this but unfortunately I could not bear to not tell what happen. Christina Soto was acting really flagrant and hostile towards me and I did not appreciate it at all. She has a very nonchalant attitude and is very comfortable where she has been because she feels like she can not get in trouble. I found hair in my food which is unacceptable at any food establishments. They need to find new examples to lead them so this restaurant can be at the level of professionalism it needs to be. All hospitality has left the building and they need to get back in shape. Name tags need to be worn so that way the employee can be held accountable for their behaviors. Food needs to be cooked and not undercooked. Overall, do not waste your time and money here. Bad service.

I really want to like this place. This is my 4th time trying this chain at four different locations. The food tasted fine, but I just don't find it special. TBH, the price is high, the place looks nice, their food tastes average.

Given the name at first I thought I was walking into an earthquake shelter but instead I left with a tummy full of delicious hamburger
