Shakey's Pizza Parlor, Upland CA

Through the years Shakey's pizza has been my favorite. However, this was the first time I've had pizza from Shakey's in Upland. $4o for two medium pizzas seems high to me, for both uses of the word high. To make it worst, the pizza was not a traditional Shakey's pizza, tasted like you're average delivery place (Pizza Hut/Domino's) which isn't bad but you can get two medium pizzas for $10. I'll continue to go to Shakey's outside of Upland.

Brings back memories of my childhood. I haven't eaten here since I was a kid! No Shakey's in Arizona to my knowledge. I ordered Meatlovers Pizza, and the whole thing was covered ️

One of their kids back to regular Buffet will be strictly awesome the Management's in place the team's raring to go and they're going to be great

Really good chicken tenders the mojos are great too! I’ve only ordered takeout from here, but they were super fast and friendly

We went to the wrong Shakey's for my free birthday bunch o lunch, but Mike was kind enuf to honor it anyways cuz he didn't want to ruin my birthday!

What to Shakey's Pizza as a walk-in customer just to find out that the whole facility was reserved for parties so the walk-in customers had no place to sit and eat we didn't know this at the time until after we ordered the food talk with the manager and learn. She's telling us all this is reserved this is reserved this is reserved I can try to get you a chair or table if they don't come at the time they say they were shaking my head what a lame manager

Love this Shakey's! No dumb playcards to have to buy, just old fashioned tokens! Food was great! Salad bar was clean and awesome! Andrew gave the best service ever! Haven't received that kind of service in a long time! Thank you Andrew!

Pizza and chicken were horrible not the shakeys I remember as a kid. The only positive thing about shakeys is that they gave my sons football team free pizza.

Nice clean place. Service was very good. Very quick service. Staff stayed busy, the busser was out cleaning and clearing tables at least 4 times while I was there. (approximately 20 min.)

Family and I came on Friday evening and the employees were awsome. One stand out employee was Andrew. He made our visit extra fun for the kids and was extremely helpful. He was in charge of the game room and did an outstanding job. I was hesitant to bring the kids here, since i have not been in a long time, but we are definitely making this a frequent stop. Awsome job Andrew!

Andrew totally made this visit for me and my family. We just went in to redeem a voucher my son got from his school and my husband and I let them play in the arcade for a bit. That's where we met ANDREW and his more than stellar attitude, total respect and eagerness to make our visit a great one. ANDREW made our one time visit a visit that will be more frequent. Great customer service, food was delicious and very clean. Loved my experience here!

It was okay definitely expensive not worth it to me plus messed up my order but they did remake it so can't complain

The food here is AMAZING and the vibe is super chill and happy. I always see kids have the best time here. My daughter keeps begging me to come here again and again its so good! The manager here is so nice and welcoming! The buffet is great! Definetly glad we came here. We haven't been here in about a year or two! We enjoyed our time here very much! Thank you Shakey's!:)

Pizza look like they're rushed when made. I think I could've got a better pizza from the Frozen section at a grocery store.

Good food, decent kid games, nice TVs with pre-season football and the Dodgers on. At least Shakey's is trying. It would be so easy to just let it go, but they are making an effort to stay relevant, so I, and we all, should help them out with our patronage.

We love this place, it's kept very clean very nice, it's huge, great for parties great for kids with all the games and a full game Room. This time, it take a little while to get a bunch of pizza out but it was crowded. Food was delicious manager is awesome this was done on voice to text so if it comes out crazy it was not intentionally

Eh. The food was quite literally nothing to rave about. The salad bar was limited with poor options. The only lettuce they had was slightly wilted iceberg lettuce like you would find in a bag from the grocery store. The game room arcade area was a nice addition for my 3 year old who had fun winning tickets. We might go back just for the arcade if the food was worth it.but eh.probably not.
It was very slow and the service was still mediocre at best.
