Favorite Shakey's in SoCal, for taste amazing and the pizza isn't chalky like the newer restaurants

Got my order wrong they told me they were going to fix it then didn't fix it and I wasted about 35 minutes of my time trying to order a pizza from Shakey's tonight otherwise I really like the place but tonight they failed me so I'll just not have pizza tonight

Not a good experience today, arrived at the appointed time and waited 30 minutes more for our order. We had to go into the restaurant to check on our order and get it.

I love Shakey's the bartender America is such an amazing person wonderful and so caring with her job

The pizza wasn't bad, but the service suffered a little. I think they needed a couple more hands on deck so to say.

It just wasn't as good as it was several years (3 or 4) ago-it was GREAT then 5 stars for sure or even wow 45 years ago when i was 10 and had it from the same town maybe even place (?) But it was still GREAT way back then-i think the crust or sauce or both have been changed or maybe not served as hot or something-didnt need to wait for it to cool down at all this time-all others-had-HAD to wait for it to cool a second or the whole roof of your mouth would be burnt. And I've always eaten inside - never to go.

Love there pizza! Especially since there's not a lot of Parlors around with the setting of games. Can be cleaner in the bathrooms

Very disappointing for paying $20 for fried chicken and Mojo's in the chicken had been sitting and was very very dry my all my other experiences at Shakey's they make the chicken fresh per order.

It was fine. Their pizza and mojos and chicken strips are good and they are reasonably priced. It can get a little noisy but it is a pizza place.

This was my first time ever visiting a Shakey's Pizza Parlor. I went there for a friend's birthday party on a Saturday afternoon for the all you can eat pizza, salad, chicken, and more. The food was good and had more selections than I thought they'd have. I love potatoes but their mojo potatoes weren't all that great in my opinion. I opted for the mashed potatoes instead. They only had one gravy which sufficed but do wish they had beef gravy instead. Their chicken was really good but didn't last long with it being as busy as they were. The line was long and the place was about 2/3 full. I enjoyed going for my first time but probably won't make a strong attempt to go back.

Delicious food which just happens to be my favorite comfort food. The pizza chicken and mojos are great and the staff at Redlands are so helpful!

Shakey's is one of those those nostalgic pizza places that feel like a holdover from my childhood in the 90s (arcade and all), and for that I appreciate it. My main reason for not coming here more often is the lack of cleanliness. Pizza after pizza come out of the oven and get cut on the same counter with the same cutter and neither ever seem to be even brushed off let alone properly wiped or washed. As a vegetarian, this is particularly worrisome because there's no mistaking that a whole lot of bits of meat get transferred to my cheese pizza. The wait is also quite long. I stood by for nearly half an hour for a to-go personal pizza and it wasn't even terribly busy. It was during this time that I had the opportunity to watch the filth accumulate on the cutting counter as I hung out by a cracker bowl containing a few crumbs and a large dead fly. So, if you don't mind cross-contamination, which I understand omnivores often don't, and have the time to wait while your kids play in the arcade, it's still not a bad choice for an old-fashioned greasy pie, but it's not for germaphobic vegetarians in a hurry.

Pizza was different. Not very good this time. Cinnamon rolls were also different. Don't think I'll be going back.

Pizza was great, salad for 4 is a great deal and will actually feed 5 or 6! Draft beer in ice cold mugs.great memories. Will definitely go back.

Coupon got us a large one topping pizza, good sauce, took it home, yummy watched baseball, ate in our own home - topped evening. Very friendly - kids, big groups.

The lunch special, all you can eat pizza and salad bar is worth every penny. The staff is always friendly and ready to greet you as you enter, a great place for a large group of family or friends. Chicken and mojo's... I can never get enough!

We purposely went early to get chicken and mojos before the lunch crowd, it didn't matter. There was NOT pepperoni pizza, NOT sausage and pepperoni pizza, NOT enchiladas, NOT chicken, it was ONLY 11: 30 They've been open 30 minutes and they didn't have normal good stuff in buffet. We made a SPECIAL trip then had to wait and watch for all those thing to be put out, you had to be fast or it was gone again and you had to wait longer.
Was VERY disappointed.
The price was good. 9.99 for buffet

Could've had better service, was there for a party had to keep asking for stuff, i needed ketchup and they just told me i could use a bevarage cup and put ketchup in there since they only had the pump one

Yet again shakeys seems to amaze me great service and great tasting food great place to be on a Sunday afternoon, I read some negative comments on here and most of these people are CHEAP, they want little ceasers price but shakeys quality haha just because you put a Tesla emblem On a Honda don’t make it a Tesla we can tell the difference they don’t drive same. Metaphorically speaking
