Shakey's Pizza Parlor, Moreno Valley CA

I gave this place 1 star for many reasons. Today was my first time at this location with my family. First off, it appears they had nothing but young, inexperienced kids working there. None of them even greeted you. They didn't smile, they didn't even thank you for coming. ZERO hospitality. Zero enthusiasm. I seen 1 actual adult there. This was literally the worst place I've ever dined in my life. It was dirty. Napkins all over the floor. Our table was gross with crumbs and marinara stuck on the table. I cleaned it best I could. Our server was a young girl who brought us the pizza first, and then brought the overpriced, puff ball sized chicken with the overcooked and burned bread that was tough to bite. She brought our plates last. They should train them to carry the pizza and the two tiny baskets together. It's not that hard. Let's talk about the food. I took photos of the pizza, which was just horrible. But, I paid for this so we ate it. The pizza had Mariana all over the platter it came on, like they just threw it on there, carelessly. Look at the photos. The photos I posted is Literally, and exactly how it came. I took the photos immediately. Disgusting. The meatball portion. I mean, some pieces had 1 or even 2 meant balls. Just a sloppy presentation. Not even a good amount for your buck. And, where was the crust? It was just sogged with marinara. When I bit my pizza, it was soggy, like a mouthful of marinara on uncooked pizza. It needed to bake longer. The garlic bread was tough, overcooked, and Burned. The chicken.there were 7 tiny balls of chicken. I'm assuming I paid $1 for each because it was $7 and some change for those. Had to go order more. Rugs on the floor were not properly set because I and I saw two other people, trip on them.when I made a complaint to the cashier about the food, she offered nothing, like to call a manager. I assumed he or she wouldn't say anything anyway so, I just went back and tried to make the best of it. I wasn't even going to ask for the manger, because it was probably a 20yr old. Absolutely zero customer service there. The place was chaos.its important to make your customers feel welcome. And be professional and courteous. The place needs a big change. It also needs to be cleaned and sanitized as I'm assuming it wasn't considering our table was still dirty with food from the customers before us. Won't be eating there again. Ever. First and last time.

I got their bunch of lunch shakey's deal and it was like I remember their pizza was on point mojos were good chicken was nice and crispy

I wouldn't recommend coming right after 2pm
When the all you can eat lunch special ends because if you order mojo's, more than likely would taste stale not fresh, the pizzas are good and taste home made with natural ingredients.

Omg haven't been to shakeys in over a year. Let me tell you this one did not disappoint besides being crowded the food was hot and fresh would definitely come again

Pizza great, chicken good, mojos good! Good service. Area outside was dirty. Lots of trash at motel behind Shakeys. Sad!

The game room is cramped and the attendant for the game room seemed like he was in such a bad mood. I told him that a game ate my coins (while he was fixing that said game) and I asked if there was any way to replace the tokens I had lost and he didn't answer me. He just looked me up and down and walked away. I went back to him about 20 minutes later, I really didn't want to bother him, but her never told me anything so I guess I thought I'd ask again, maybe he didn't hear me? Anyways, he kind of had me questioning my experience (that and an older kid at the game room pushed my 5 year old against a machine, in order to run past her so that he can go play another game). I'd give it a 5 out of 5 because our server was so personable and hospitable and the food was. But I do have to lower the rating because of my experience at the game room and with the game room attendant.otherwise, like mentioned, it would be a 5/5

Have visited this location on several occasions, they never seem to have the boneless wings that they advertise. False advertisement!

Love Shakeys its the best. Im so glad this location has not closed. The staff is always great here. They are friendly and helpful, they always get the order right.

Great food and the games are super fun and earning the tickets is so thrilling, thought sometimes the games and ticket eater break but, the works can usually fix it and you end up not losing any tickets so its fine.

Went for bunch a lunch buffet. Food was hot and fresh with friendly staff to assist when needed.

You should re-evaluate your staff! Be more cautious of health and saftey. Be more curtiuos of your customers. Shouldnt be handling your phone while in the kitchen. Cell phones are dirtier that toilets.

Good food, good options, great staff and friendly environment. As far as chain pizza parlors go, very nice.
