Shakey's Pizza Parlor, Valley Village CA

So I’ve been coming down here for lunch for the buffet and they always come through with the potatoe slices and chicken! I’ll continue to come down here!

Awesome and delicious place to sit down and have pizza, chicken and mojo patatoes. Highly recommend Shakey's.

Miss the old days of nostalgia decided to go and eat on this branch. We ordered not much and spent $60plus only to wait for an hour! Rather than have a memorable time it was a trauma for us! Manager and staff are very rude and only say to all of us 8 different customers that theee is a party! So what? !? They answer back to us and even threat us for a refund! If they would be honest from the begggining that it will take an hour to make a pizza and chicken would have been better so we could

For their incompetence! The chicken here is so small
And they served dry ones! And undercooked inside! This is the worst nostalgia! I’m writing this so no family will have a bad day and be warned about the bad service and management on this Shakey’s branch! This is disgusting! If I could rate a negative I would!

This is the best Shakey's Pizza Parlor in the chain. The business has retained the old school pizza parlor ambience will providing good service and good food.

This Southern California staple is easily one of the best family values when it comes to meals. Pizza, Chicken, and Mojo Potatoes are still classic and have only gotten better with age.

Fried chicken is good but man.unconsistent saltiness is way too salty! The pizzas u have to eat it while is hot otherwise (imagine yourself! Lol) the Mojoo potatoes is good but could make bit thinner slices, garlic bread is good!

Lunch buffet is not comforting anymore. It has been a while since they included chicken white meat I'm the bunch of lunch buffet. They only put out dark meat. I don't like thighs and drumsticks. I prefer wing and breast. It's not worth going for me. Prices go up and the number of items in the buffet shrink. I'm disappointed.

I've been to multiple Shakey's around the area but this particular pizza parlor is the best. I've been coming here for a few years now all because of the friendly staff and delicious food expected from a Shakey's Pizza Parlor. The area around it is okay and parking can be a hassle on a busy day, but that's nitpicking. It's worth trying out with friends!

Pretty good lil gaming room with lots of tickets available. Salazar fresh and well maintained. Pizza hot and good.
There seemed to be too many people working that nought. While we were in the game room, our leftovers (3 slices and a salad bar salad) were thrown away. I had places napkins over slices and salad and Ina hurry to close and leave one of workers tossed our stuff. I inquired, and waspromptly told a replacement pizza was being made. So.all good. We had a good time.

WE DECIDED TO TRY THIS PLACE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT, ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE WE'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC. IT WASN'T CROWDED, OUR FOOD TOOK A LONG TIME TO COME TO US, IT DIDN'T SEEM THEY WERE SHORT HANDED. I ASKED ONE OF THE WAITERS FOR SOME EXTRA PLATES AND NAPKINS, WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO GET UP AND GET THEM MYSELF. GIRL TAKING THE ORDERS WAS VERY RUDE, WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I GO BACK.

What can I tell you? It's Shakey's. Iconic comfort food since I've been a child. Yummy pizza, check. Yummy potatoes, check. Yunmy salad bar, check. Pitchers of beer, check. Great prices, check.

What makes them truly astounding? The games are on all the TV's and they built a whole separate kids game room to keep all the rug rats entertained while you enjoy your experience! Oh, and it is 100% worth treating your inner glutton to their lunch buffet every now and then. Mostly bc then you get the rest of the comfort food items that aren't on the regular menu (such as mashed potatoes!)

It's just like chuck e cheese, Dave n busters, and a sports bar made a baby. Not the most posh place but decent for the price and all you can eat deal!

On behalf of my son Elliott and myself Paulina we would to specially thank Arleen and Jeremiah for going above and beyond. They made our dining experience much more enjoyable, their great attitude and friendly service was amazing. The female cashier was like a one woman show and very hospitable great customer service (she had glasses and dark hair). The gentlemen on the next cash register took the time to change my coins into dollars. Thank you all for keeping your restaurant open and for coming to work if it wasnt for your service we would not be able to go out and enjoy a nice evening. We truly admire your courage and the desire to work. Keep up the great work you do.

Delicious! I had never been to Shakey's before, so my experience is based on this location.all the food was very good and fresh.we did not go during peak hours.

One of my California favs. Great atmosphere clean friendly worker's. Food just delicious and wey satisfying my kid's love it.

Soda station was down but the staff insisted it was working fine. Had to wait towards the end of my visit to get a drink.
